Srikanth Tamil politics and tamil feelings killed the team
by kumar on Jan 28, 2012 03:15 AM  | Hide replies

Srikanth regional feelings killed the spirit of whole team. Instead of taking blame, he is shifting the blame on Dhoni. He selected following players in last 4 years.

Vijay Murali - Average is 30 in tests and 15 in ODIs
Abhinav Mukund - Average is 20
Badri - Average is 20 in tests and 15 in ODIs
Dinesh Karthik - Played 23 tests and 52 ODIS. Average is 25 only. Scored only one century

Ashwin - Took only 4 wickets in 2 test matches against Australia eventhough Australians are vulnerable to Spin
Balaji - Forget about him. played 30 ODIs and 10 test matches

Nearly half the tamil nadu team. if one fails, he gave chance to other tamil.

He killed the spirit of whole team with his idiotic approach and non sense reasons. He needs to take the responsibility and need to step down. If Ashwin fails, Srikanth is planning to give opportunity to his Son Anirudh in the name of all rounder

Laxman is not speaking about retirement at all in dressing room
by cc man on Jan 28, 2012 03:00 AM  | Hide replies

Inside news has been conveying that Laxman is not speaking/considering about retirement at all in dressing room. Rahul conveyed that he is going to announce retirement. But, Laxman is silent it seems.

Pathetic Laxman, looks like he is bent on getting dropped rather than volunteering retirement

Lyon
by Tamil Indian on Jan 28, 2012 12:05 AM  | Hide replies

Didn't deserve 2 of the 3 wickets. Full toss for Sehwag and rank long hop for Laxman. Even Tendulkar was too defensive against Lyon but that was an ok wicket but others were not. He has been made into this by our batsmen.

Lyon, India can easily avoid giving you 5 wickets if Aus starts the day with pacers.

useless team India capitulating to below par Lyon
by Prabhakar V on Jan 27, 2012 11:17 PM  | Hide replies

Our fellows have been playing cricket against spin for donkeys years against spin & yet they don't have any answer to spin of the lowest variety in Australia. Seems the team requires mental conditioning

Third class bowlers like Ryan harris, bill hilfenhaus are claiming wickets in Australia. Even if all the rediff writers like u & me bowl to the indian team with the current state of mind they will get out

Gambhir is the biggest idiot out there. Need to keep mouth shut and keep giving catch practice to Australian slip fielders and WK Haddin.

Why do we need him in our team? If we needs some one in our team from Australia, then ask for pacers..

Did you see how our players got out to Lyon? They threw it away starting with Sehwag.. Absolutely careless, no pride attitude

vinay GADHAhey..

It's A bad patch of Indian Cricket.

These are our home Player and without encouraging them we are right to alleging them all.

I may wrong, but , we treat them like our home member.

And Find THE ORIGINAL REASON BEHIND THIS events.

Without encouraging and finding reason we can't be alleging on anyone.

So, Future must found with the PRESENT.

These persons are our LEGENDARY persons so we haven't right to TOLERATE them.

See the Positive things behind this some new Players are performing well.

When these #3# legendree Players are retired what will Happen ?

Go STEP BY STEP .

Players who need to move on..
by Lotiya Pathan on Jan 27, 2012 09:54 PM  | Hide replies

VVS - Needs to go right now.(I doubted he will retire on his own. He kept crying to media for 2 yrs when he was dropped from ODI team..)

Sachin - Needs to make a call by himself on his plan now..

Dravid - This man is full of pride and self respect. I will not be surprised if he calls day very soon. Just like Sachin, he needs to stay with team for few months and then leave..

Sehwag - Not an Test opener material anymore. Needs to be dropped right now..

Gambhir - unable to learn from repeative mistakes. Need to be dropped..

Dhoni - Not a test caliber batsmen.

Lotiya: i agree with all of them.
You need to add one more which I feel is the most important.

Ishant:- does not have the qualities to be a good pace bowler and should be dropped immediately. No need to give him any more chances even in the ODI tri-series..
