I don't think that there is any use of playing ranji cricket because they are not picking players on the basis of their domestic performance. i wonder even a single player of rajsthan has been picked in national cricket team. they are winning ranji from past two years.
It looks like the reporter does the following: a) Open up article on Sydney Morning Herald. b) Copy and Paste c) Get some images from PTI. d) Add Ganguly wrote, " - at the beginning of the article in each page. e) Finish the page with a ".
Srikanth regional feelings killed the spirit of whole team. Instead of taking blame, he is shifting the blame on Dhoni. He selected following players in last 4 years.
Vijay Murali - Average is 30 in tests and 15 in ODIs Abhinav Mukund - Average is 20 Badri - Average is 20 in tests and 15 in ODIs Dinesh Karthik - Played 23 tests and 52 ODIS. Average is 25 only. Scored only one century
Ashwin - Took only 4 wickets in 2 test matches against Australia eventhough Australians are vulnerable to Spin Balaji - Forget about him. played 30 ODIs and 10 test matches
Nearly half the tamil nadu team. if one fails, he gave chance to other tamil.
He killed the spirit of whole team with his idiotic approach and non sense reasons. He needs to take the responsibility and need to step down. If Ashwin fails, Srikanth is planning to give opportunity to his Son Anirudh in the name of all rounder

yes its true, even he would bring back balaji, i think he has some bad vibes with dinesh karthik otherwise parthiv would never be selected, DK is much better than parthiv. Srikanth should resign or we should have two selection committe for tests and odi/2020
I believe it is better to change selection committee first so that new selection committee can come with fresh ideas. My future indian team is
1) Rahane 2) M pandey or Sehwag 3) Dravid or Pujara 4) Tendulkar 5) Kohli 6) Rohit Sharma 7) Dhoni (Captain) 8) Ohja 9) Z Khan 10) Aaron 11) U Yadav
Bench: 12) Saha 13) A Rayudu 14) Abhishek Nair 15) Harbhajan singh 16) Praveen Kumar
I believe it is better to continue with Dhoni as captain. No need to blame Dhoni for the mistakes of Srikanth. Srikanth ended up giving chances only to Tamil Nadu players instead of developing good backup players.
Harbhajan can be given some chances and see if he can be effective.
As far as Rahul Dravid and Sehwag, I believe they can contribute for some more time.

Will Tendulkar be in your team until he gets his 100th 100? That will be at least 2 years more!

Apart from the fact that is a comment from evidently a cricket illiterate, what has Ganguly's leg side form got to do with his comment about the present lots performance in Australia, that happens to be the worst in recent times?

Also, this person seems generally illiterate too - he can not even spell some one's name properly? Or is this a sick attempt at another regional slur?
