It was mainly by him(Gambir) and Sehwag who let the team down by their poor performance at the top of the order. One should not expect Dravid and Laxman to do well very early in the innings on Australian Pitches. Luck also not favoured us with the toss. India should have put Australia into bat at Sydney but Dhoni did not do so. For Adelide test India should replace at least one of these openers with Ajinkya Rahane and Ojha should play in place of vinay kumar and Mithun to replace Ishant.
sachin was superflop in 2007. he didnt retire in 2007 due to such criticism(!) mainly he did his puja perfectly ie kaal_sarpa_yog_dosh_nivaran. n see the result. after that he again got to his form. so if u hv batting technik problem, do some right pujas.
bcci should arrange for an indo-pak 5 test match series on a neutral venue eg: canada...
it would be interesting to see how our bunch of paper tigers would perform against a pak team who r lingering at the bottom of the test rankings... The outcome of this result would prove if test rankings reflect the true ability of a side.
