Its a gr8 move by PCA. It wld b gr8, if the age limit is increased to 24. Moreover, regulations should be strict w.r.t. selection of players for advertisement. Players who play at least 50 ODI / 10 Test with maximum 3 breaks in between should only be allowed for advertisements, subject to the age of 21 yrs or above. Players like Ishant Sharma are lost after their significant start to career.
What kind of effect do you thinkDhongi's statement on retiring next year had onIndia's aspiring youngsters? Do you think they thoughtDhongi is such aGreatPlayer that he is leaving one format for the nation's sake or do you think they read the unspoken message that onlyIPL andMoney matter and that TestCricket is forLosers? ThisDhongi even had theAudacity to claim that he is leaveing TestCricket for the sake of theNation. BiggestJoke of theCentury. His PRAgents are busyBurying the story and anyCriticism of him in thePress.
