by Amit Sharma on Jan 17, 2012 04:09 AM

i dont know why you guys so seriously comment on this forum.
do anybody pay attention to it. try to concentrate on your business, threat form china, no one is bothered????
at the end of the Cricket is a game.
really want to contribute stop watch IPL, you can easily see the difference in 20-20 playing countries and nonparticipating countries even with west indeis we never batted for more the 100 overs mind you.
so morale of story is
1) Mind your own business
2) dont waste time
3) Dont watch IPL
4) Stay away from cricket at least for 6 month.

1. Fire Srinivasan for making Chennai SK as the Indian Team.

2. Fire K Srikkanth for his South biased selection policy.

3. Fire Duncan Fletcher for tactless coaching.

4. Fire MS Dhoni for spineless leadership.

little correction sir
by krishna krishna on Jan 17, 2012 12:19 AM  | Hide replies

mr.srinivasan u said "England won 5-0 in England. They came here within a month or two and lost 5-0. bu, sir we won in odis not in tests. they beat us in tests. so, what u should do right now is concentrate on test cricket because it is ultimate and most respected format of the game. find new players not new sponsors. i am nto saying the big 4 should retire right away but,we have to concentrate on the future. make our domestic cricet more strong and reasonable. the most imp thing is be transparent and fair when u r selecting a player into the team. regional selections are fully of nepotism and of politics.

You are missing the forest for the trees!

The whole system is defunct.

Making small corrections is like putting band aids on open, gaping wounds!

As long as moronic fans are ok with substandard performances and results, BCCI will keep taking advantage of the fans and the situation!

BCCI and Sponsors
by Vijay Kumar on Jan 17, 2012 12:02 AM

This statement and its subsequent retraction proves that BCCI and Sponsors buy domestic victories from visiting foreign teams!

Reality Check
by Vijay Kumar on Jan 16, 2012 10:27 PM

Moronic fans of Indian cricket seriously need a reality check!

How dumb do you have to be to not accept the fact that all matches in India are fixed?!

This comment by the BCCI chief proves that India doesn't play cricket, it runs a circus!

Millions of fools fall for the same trick every year, year after year making the sponsors and these talentless players rich!

Wake up people! Watching cricket is only a small break from the grim reality you call your pathetic lives!

Don't let these vultures take advantage of your need to escape from your miseries!

Why this kolaveri?
by Akash Nair on Jan 16, 2012 08:20 PM

I dont understand why Srinivasan is getting so defensive about this statement, which by the way is true. The Aussie (and English) media unapologetically comments about the weakness of Indian batsmen in bouncy conditions, which by the way is also true. These wimpy Indian administrators need to start showing some spine and stick to their guns. To quote Sunil Gavaskar "as a batsman you need a big heart to play in fast bouncy pitches while you need batting skill to play in spinning pitches of India", which is yet another true statement.

If the pitches in india are made like England and Australia then
by pravin sarode on Jan 16, 2012 07:50 PM  | Hide replies

only the Indian players will get proper practice of bouncing tracks and such 0-4 white wash will be avoided so for world cup 2015 indian pitches need to be change like OZ and brits please note

why should be we prepare pitches like the one in australia? playing spin bowling is an art too. playing spin is our strength and playing ina bouncy pitches is their strength. when we travel abroad they do not prepare pitches to our liking. then why should we prepare for thier liking?

I doubt you can read.

But you are welcome to another first round exit in 2015 just like 2007.
