I don't think this batsman will have along career...We have seen many flamboyant batsmen who created an impact initially n fizzed off later...there is something called "quality which is missing in his batting....luckily for him,he plays in IPL & lack of good bowling side makes him look good

the length of the career not matter much. what you achieve for your team.s cause is more important , a player plays for 5 years & figure in the team's cause that is more than enough.

Cricket is a team game, usually there will be impact and influence of other players or other innings. When indian's got out for paltry 161 on the first day and pitch became batsman-paradisie, there is no wonder on his onslaught.. he got license to go ahead after indian bowlers. let's wait and see, how he plays when opposition puts a big/competitive score on the board, and bowl with some discipline.

hughes played against S.A, but not able to play against any other team. So we cannot say anything on cricket. Enjoy and have fun as they score. don't compare.
