The warning signals were there when India toured West Indies where the team struggled to make even 250 on the fast pitches. It continued in England also and the result was a humiliating 0-4 series loss. Dhoni also was slowly changing into a defensive captaian. But still the selectors ignored these warning signs and shrugged off the defeat in England as an aberration. The selectors thought that the senoirs will go on for ever. They failed to trust the yougsters and give them a long rope. Their attitude was like when the problem arises we will search for the solution. Problems can't be solved overnight and they have to tackled with proper planning and far reaching results in mind. Selectors wake up atleast now!
There needs to be changes in the Indian cricketing system wherein all non performing players irrespective of they are senior or junior should be rested immediately. There should be a mix of Pacy bouncy tracks and slow turning tracks in India. This will help players to adapt to varying conditions quickly. Sehwag, Dhoni, Sachin, Dravid, Lakshman are long pending to be given a resting break. Fresh blood needs to come to the team. Look at the teams of Australia, England, South Africa. They dont have many players with huge batting statistics to boast about becos they rotate immediately non performing players whereas in India when immediately a Virendar Sehwag or Dhoni does fireworks on a below average current team like West Indies, we the public and media lift them up to the stars. The BCCI is ruining quality of Indian cricket by not focussing on improving quality of pitches in India and giving chances to performing players in A teams in India. I think they work in tandem with regional lobbies. Starting with the BCCI president, all should be sacked and people who have good experience with Cricket should be given the positions. Even after repeated experiences, the BCCI, cricket selectors nor the management in India seem to learn. There is absolute waste clogged in their heads. They are just waiting for making money using the dead pitches in India. I think public should not patronise such non competitive IPL or domestic matches then only these people will learn.

Mr. Chika, Why dont you accept responsibility? You are the one who is playing the game on players! Why Kartik, Ashwin, Mukund, Badrinat, Balaji all TN players in place of Rohit. Rohit & Kohli should have played much earlier. Why Sachin a aging icon in place of Ajinkya Rane? You dont have the guts to drop Sachin.

kalyan mitra name the players who played in test match we just lost..do you have any idea geograpjy...except aswin no ONE represented south..wriddiman saha came from bengal..or do you believe jharkhand, up, bihar, delhi all belonging to south..?
Its collective failure, everyone blame trio what about sewag, dhoni, ghambir, the bowlers did good job but it was our batting which didnt click, its all in the game, forget it and concentrate on future games. Blaming individual in group game is senseless,

Vishal india bounced back well in the third test, whn opening stand was nearly 200 stand som how we managed to pick a wicket, rest u all know i think, its because of bowlers effort we came back
They cannot beat us here and we will feel very happy:BCCI president N Srinivasan says India's poor away performances will be forgotten when they beat England and Australia at home January 15, 2012
Did you all know Dhoni is banned from the Adelaide test?
Shame on the selectors and the team think tank to even encourage Vinay kumar to play the test and keep him for the One dayers.....This is horrible state of affairs..something is not write with BCCI...they are cheating the public.
