Why only senior players what about Sehwag who has not performed to his best, so why criticize the senior batsmen only. The same yardstick should apply to all!!

Just let the indian cricketers walk with either no shirt or no trousers... thats the best we can do now.,. all possible combinations have been tried out already!!!
by saying some of the seniors should be left out, is he indicating dravid and laxman only ? why not all..just because of one series should dravid be dropped ? especially now that he is getting so close to sachin in terms of records.

if u can help sachin then so should dravid. Sachin was bunny of anderson in england where dravid scored 2 hundreds..here dravid is failing to siddle and sachin has not even scored a single hundred. Selection rules should be same for players of all regions. sachin wasnt dropped after england series why this talk now that dravid and laxman have failed aainst australia

There is no other solution... Just let the indian cricketers walk with either no shirt or no trousers... thats the best we can do now.,. all possible combinations have been tried out already!!!
Sachin, Dravid, Laxman, Sewhag, Dhoni are not performing. They have been given enough opportunity. Time has come to replace them with young ones. Atleast we will be able to say that they are new comers in case there is a disaster like what is hapeening in Australia.
Senior players include Dhoni also. He is no more effective. He could not take out the best from his colleagues as was done by Ganguly. Dhoni is busy with his wife. He has gone there to enjoy everything other than cricket. Other players are just following him.

then how come Ganguly lost home series? Dhoni yet to loose a home series. Ganguly lost a home series agt. Aus/SA etc. Don't compare anybody with Dhoni. Indian cricket has reached such heights only under Dhoni. Once Dhoni retires "Golden era of Indian Cricket"will vanish within a month or two.
bowling fielding batting EVERY WHERE we are pathetic and what is the point to run the show with seniors.Kick them out including SACHIN.Enough is enough go for young team and let them lose for some time.No one will criticise and atleast after a year or two you will end up with GOOD TEAM.
Sir, The Problem behind the debacle of Indian Cricket Team in Australia is that when they goes for batting if any fall of wicket within 10 overs. The Indian Team get nervous and then there seems to be a collapse and batsman are saying that tu chal main aaya. And when they are goes for bowling then the bowlers tried their best to bowl good line and length but when the batsmen doesnot do any mistake after 10 to 15 overs they become tired and spread the field to save the runs and that becomes the main problem and this two things are most and very seen problem with the indian cricket team or the system of indian cricket board.

It is not that Indian batsmen are nt capable of occupying the crease. Apparently there is groupism and players obey the order of two captains within the team. A captain should set an example by scoring runs or atleast holding one end. Dhoni never plays in bouncy tracks and you need to prepare a flat wicket for him to score. The players just emulate his performance. It s curse that we have to listen to idiots like Warner, who just after one success said Indian battig has a bleak future.
SRT will retire only after a world record is created in the form of both father and son representing a country together. The selectors should immediately induct Arjun. Dhoni is blaming batsmen. What about his own? The gilli danda master is preparing for IPL. He should concentrate on IPL only

Wow! U r so man enough to get family members into the discussion! And when Dhoni blames batsmen, he has common sense to include himself. (No use cursing me, I am not a Sachin/Dhoni fan either).....

BTW, what was Arjun Tendulkar doing at the Indian team nets? Is he a member of the team or waiting in the wings? Or, a dynastic rule in making like in most political parties? As a father why is Tendu allowing all this?

I dont know, I am not here to defend any player :) But dragging a family member of any player into our discussion is very cheap! Dont u agree?

There is no doubt that SRT is the greatest. Winning matches is more important than personal milestones. You can lose matches with players like Pujara, Rayudu, Rahane or Jadeja instead. Atleast they will gain experience
Its easier 4 us 2 say anything than perform n the cricket field. But f u r selected 2 represent ur country u hv 2 perform. No one can score 50' or 100's or take wickets regularly and lean patch s bound 2 come.
But what abt mental & phys. fitness. Players selected r unfit for imp. tours like aust/eng. BCCI shld create green wickets so that we don't falter n foreign soil and batting s no more India's strength. Somehow create or find a battery of genuine quicks and preserve them rather than throwing them in every tournament.
Unless wickets in India r grassy & bouncy we can't survive outside and we hv 2 find a way to produce top class quality bowling.
Its only 20 wickets u take make u win a test & not scoring 500 runs.
Axe top players and make a policy of including a players n his performance & not past experience.
