Really difficult to understand what's wrong with Indian team. The way they have played today is beyond description. On top of it Warner rubbed enough salt and chilly on the wounds of Indian Player, they will not forget this for long time. A complete whitewash is a definite possibility unless weather plays spoil sport, our players cannot play.
Interestingly both One day world champions and runners up (Sri Lanka) have been playing beyond belief. Now it seems like the heat will be on Pakistan soon as they face England from 17th Jan onwards.
Today's performance has really shamed our country.
And get his records which are just due to his endurance than brilliance....if players like Lara and Ponting got Indian conditions for atleast half the no of tests they played Sachin may not be sitting on top of record books.

Sachin is so lucky that Ponting and Lara played less cricket in sub continent else they would have 200 centuries....

If you say anything about Sachin, then you risk the moderator's wrath. I just found out. Oh, what a lightning speed from the moderator?

Similarly, runs scored by Ponting & Lara in their own country respectively can also be voided? after all they are more used to their home conditions than Sachin? :) strange logic... I think Sachin's record in Aus is better than Ponting in India. And that too despite 'Easy' pitches of India, and 'Difficult' pitches in Aus? :)

In this series and the one in England, it has been a combined failure of the team (Sachin also) in winning crucial moments which make such a big difference to the outcome of a match. Some performances here & there will not do against good & better prepared teams Just having a net practice before a major series can never give enough readyness. More real life situations in practice matches would have helped. Diving headlong into a series on hope that seniors will take you through everytime is bound to fail at times

I think we should understand that genetically we are not a sporting nation. In fact cricket is a game which involves the lest of physical fitness when compared to other sports. So we were doing partly well that too in home conditions. We should accept the fact that we are an inferior race and get on with it.

no need of harbhajan. he was a wet cracker outside india.kumble was the most successful in aus, windies,sa,england.ganguly was at his peak in 2003-2004.but not at his peak during 2007-2008
