While logically it is only proper that all countries accept DRS but still after the doubts crept in once 'HOT SPOTS' with glaring inaccuracies were observed in the India -England series it will be better if MCC comes out with video evidences on degree of accuracies. MCC can release video footages of in-situ experiments with varying degree of ball and bat contacts and edges, faintest nicks etc. getting the 'hot spot' impressions in order to establish the degree of accuracy. People should have idea as to how faint an edge or nick the 'hot spot' can pick and which can be expressed in measure of qty in terms of ‘mils’ or other ‘nano-measurement units’. Once the degree of accuracies are seen to be of the order of close to 100% then there is no reason why it should not be adopted.

Funny that you accept Umpires with no "degree of accuracy"
Firstly, the MCC should have been folded up long ago once the ICC as a body became supreme. However the clever guys, in order to preserve an old hegemony have made the MCC the keeper of cricket's rules. Which does not happen in any other sport. The MCC has problems about the excpetion being made to India over the DRS, but they ought to look at themselves, and the massive exception being made to ensure the MCC stays relevant by keeping the power over cricket's laws only with the MCC.
BCCI's thinking - a) 80% correctness in decisions is fine, 90% correctness by DRS is not fine, only if DRS becomes 100% accurate then we will think about it. b) Sachin is saying no to DRS, how can we go against him! c) Because of BCCI's financial clout, umpires decide all 'unsure' decision in India's favour, this helps India have a healthy win record. Guess someone didnt tell the umpires in the English and Australian Test series to fall in line. d) It feels good to be the bully of the block and throw your weight around.
