When India prepares turning tracks everybody criticises. But Aussies prepare pitches that suit their bowlers. England did the same. Every country does it. Then why criticise only India?

B'coz with seaming ball and pace, indians look like cat out of Washing machin after one and a half hour of spin.
Compare this curator with the Nagpur curator in 2004, who decided to prepare a green top because of his petty politics with the then BCCI management. Ganguly was rightly criticized for showing dissent and not playing that match. But nobody spoke a word against the curator. Would the Waca curator prepare a spinning track for us?
The opening pair must be changed ASAP.Let Tendulkar and Gambhir open and Sehwag should come after Dravid. In place of Laxman they should play Rohit. Give a chance to Vinay Kumar. We also should play 4 fast bowlers. If they can pressurise us with 4 fast bowlers we also should do the same.
Last time when Indians played on this pitch, I clearly remember the Aussies mentioning this as the pitch where Tait will blow them apart. His coaches were saying that Tait will bowl the quickest ball of the century and blah blah blah.Indians not only won the match but effectively curtailed Taits Test cricket career. So chill boys...we have got a chance now that aussies are writing obituaries on Indian superstars.

It would not have mattered even if Aussie had batted first because Aus would have lost the same 3 wickets within the first hour anyway (as it did when they batted 2nd) After the lunch on day 1, the wicket was good for batting and Aus would have scored about 100 runs less and possibly the margin of defeat for India would have been smaller. Nowadays India's batting record abroad is nothing to write home about. In every innings 1 or 2 so called stars are scoring half centuries instead of big hundreds, so India is not reaching 300 anyway. I think one or two big players would be forced to end their careers after this series

None of the so called stars are scoring big hundreds, and Indian batting is looking more like a Ranji team than international team nowadays. Any decent pace attacking bowling unit can bowl India out within 80 overs on slightly helpful wickets nowadays.

But did we win the match in 1991-92 ?.. thats more important.. its not about individual brilliance..
Perth wicket is always known to have bounce and pace. Last time in 2008, India were able to turn the tables on Australia on a bouncy wicket because they could score 330 in the first innings (largely due to 93 by Dravid and 71 by Sachin) and then bowled out Aus for 212. In 2nd innings India scored 294 (largely due to 79 by Laxman) and then bowled Aus out for 340. Can they bat and bowl as well as last time in the 3rd test? Time will tell but based on current form it does not look a possibility. But how knows?
He is a good captain. However his skills , attitude and mentorship would work effective for an attacking format of game ( 20-20 , ODI ). We need people like Dravid mentoring the team for tests
