The actual fact is the Aus pace bowling attack is extremely strong and accurate. And so was England's in their own backyard. It becomes difficult for batsman to score runs against such a strong bowling attack. So I don't blame batsman or captain for this. The Indian bowlers looked very strong in first test match except for that one weakling in Indian pace bowling attack who is there right since the England tour (I don't think its appropiate to take anyone's name). If you observe closely all the 6 test matches you'll spot that one weak bowler.Due to this others bowlers tend to loose their confidence and get irritated and then the teams continues to loose. Its time to fill that weak place with one young strong fast bowler, say like Ashok Dinda or Kamran Khan or someone esle with similiar calibere. The selectors failed to spot this weakness and relied too much on experience. What's the use of such experience when its going to doom your team.

remember it was not a bad ball. Its a kind of delivery the every spinner would dream of having in his arsenal. it with pitched on off and took a slight turn outwards thereby just grazing off the bat to be taken fantastically by Hussey. And also Clarke is not a first timer wrt bowling. He has many times in tests and ODI's and also claimed many wickets.
they beat SL in SL, draw series against SA in SA 1-1 and then draw series against NZL 1-1 in aus. If india would have beaten SL in SL and drawn series in SA it would have been great achievement.
