These "Arrogant" & "Powerful" players(Dhoni,Sehwag & Sachin) doesnt need any "Sympathy" becoz they are Quite "wealthy" & Played for long time. These players are playing for "Nation" not for there "Family" to decide on themselves when to "Retire". But having said this in "India" we always have a Weak man (Srikant)at the Top post with "Decisions" made somewhere else(Corporate BCCI). Cricket is a "Team sport" & decisions should be taken in the "Interest" of "Nation" not being "Emotional". For Time Being Hand over " TestCaptaincy" to "Sachin" & not to "Sehwag"(Most Arrogant & bad attitude like "Yuvraj"). "Sehwag" doesnt "Run","Field" & if we "Watch" him on the "Field" ,his "Hands" are always in his "Pocket". It Clearly Looks like he is not doing any "Fielding Practice" & his "Fitness" is very "Poor" along with his "Master"("Sachin"). These "Arrogant" players are busy with there own "Schedules" in the name of "Nation" & should be "Dropped" Immediately for showing such "Reckless" Behaviour On the Field. "Sehwag" will Further Destroy "Indian Cricket" becoz of his "Laziness","Poor Leadership","Worst Fielder","Laid back approach" & "Poor management". A person(Sehwag) who cant handle "Himself",how can he be "Captain".

he is the best captain not to have captained India on a regular basis. He is just like Shane Warne of Australia... Though Warne was the ideal man to captain Australia he never got a chance to do so.. It's just not there in some ppl's fate.. You have to admit it and move on with life.... But Viru is gr8 sport and he won't mind it...
Ashwin and Rahul Sharma will sure do well in the sub continent and Harbhajan hasn't done anything noteworthy at all any recently to claim his place in the team. He's a spent force now and it's wise to look beyond the spent forces and build a team for the future even if it means losing a few series and the ICC rankings. In the long run, persisting with youngsters (not the tried and failed lot) will pay rich dividends in future. Sachin & Sehwag do not deserve a place in the team on current form and basking in the glories of double hundreds made in the past and the media's most famous catch phrase, "Form is temporary and Class is permanent!" should be ignored. For heaven's sake give them a break (rather, give us a break from watching them struggle yet again even in favourable conditions here). Place in the team is none's birth right and let them not spoil someone else's career. Umesh Yadav is only good for tests and is very expensive in ODIs. Uthappa and YK.Pathan are not class players and they proved it umpteen times before already. It's like wasting a good chance to try someone worthier. Let cricketing wisdom alone prevail and not any sentiments and emotions during the selection process.

Uthappa has been given lots of chances and he has squandered them just like Murali Vijay - YP is just brawn and no brain - clicks once every 25 matches but is worthless in between giving lots of runs in bowling also.
Next to be tried should be Rahane, Manoj Tiwary, Iqbal Abdullah, Wriddhiman Saha, Ashok Dinda, - and by given chance i do not mean bench warming - and not broken matches like Rohit Sharma (he has partly himself to blame for poor show in Aus ODIs)- they need to be played for 3-4 series continuously in diff parts (maybe 2 series in subcontinent and 2 more abroad like Aus/SA/NZ/Eng)
NO IMPACT PLAYER COME AND GO ONE MATCH 300 ANOTHER 10 MATCHES BELOW 20 IF THE BALL IS TO BE HIT HE WILL HIT NO MATTER HOW THE PITCHES OR IF THERE IS A FIELDER ,BCCI WILL MAKE HIM PLAY AGAIN AND SOMETIMES HAVE THIS WAYWARD BATSMEN AS CAPTAIN .WHAT AN IMPACT

Sack Gambhir first. He is the one who started with his mouth for the current rival situation.
Say if Gambhir is the captain - will he accept if his fellow teamate gives such rivalry comments on his own captian. Gambhir would\'ve sacked him right away.
First Gambhir prove his batting in consistency and also captainship in IPL. So, far his captainship is like learners.

For your kind information I am telling you that this is for the IPL team not for India Team and Gambhir is already captain of KKR. He is not in Delhi Daredevil's
