Time has come for selectors to infuse young blood.Should give chance to those who are consistently performing well in Ranji ( not IPL).Also its the right time to have 3 different set of team for different format and ofcourse new captains for each format too.Having only one captain for all formats is not good as seen in Dhoni's case.Should rest him for some matches as his keeping to is not first grade apart from other things. Board should keep a tab on all Players who are using PR firms or media to either remain in team or get inside it.Regarding seniors board must find out an amicable & respectable way for their phase out.

NOT Only Virat Kohli, BUT even Sachin&Sehwag and Gambir&Raina MUST be Given CREDIT for this incredible win which would NOT have been Possible if Sehwag&Sachin HAD NOT given an explosive start to the innings.This match shows that India are world champrions and can beat any team if the opponents and umpires do not play dirty tricks as was the case with last match against Australia. This mtach MUST force some of the critics of sachin and Indian team to get drowned in indian ocean perhaps! Now BCCI must force ICC to eliminate errant umpires who make curcial mistakes and BCCI MUST force ICC to behave properly so that ONLT Indian players are made the Victims and punished heavily for small crimes while PLAYERS FROM WHITE SKINNED NATIONS lika UK,australia,south adrica, australia and new zealand are NOT charged or punished even if tehy commit BIG crimes on and off the field. Now BCCCI must show o ICC that they are the masters and NOT behave like slaves as we have been behaving in front of white skinned westerners for more than 500 years NOW, Shame BCCI that you behave still a sslaves of crooked westerners!

Let us not forget how miserably we have failed all along this tour just account of today's win. And the credit for it goes to only Virat Kohli. He did what none of the other top order batsmen have done in this tournament - seen the team through.
I agree with what you say about the dirty tricks being played on our cricketers. But I would not blame the BCCI for it. In fact it is because the BCCI has often stood up against, rightly or wrongly, many decisions of the ICC, and particularly the white skinned nations, that our players do tend to get discriminated against.
One thing I believe we must stop, is that of our captains recalling opposition batsmen given out to dicey decisions. No opposition team has ever reciprocated.

I complete agree.....Even gods need to retire when they get old...Let Sachin score his 100th ton against Bangladesh and spare us the trouble of watching his depleted self for another 10 series...This is a fantastic opportunity for him as well.
Kindly look ths stats of Ranji matches and consider highest run and wicker taker give them chance in Indian team and let them shine. don't make single platform like IPL where player do one match wonder and get into team.

Uthappa is just an occassional wonder - just like Sachin. Should have Paul Valthaty or Parthiv Patel instead of Sehwag.
Remove Munaf and add Vinay Kumar - Atleast Vinay knows to hold the bat.
Ashwin is only a Twenty-20 material, he needs to bow for some other youngster (defintely not Harbhajan).

wirdhiman saha in place of Dinesh and Ashok dinda or Umesh Yadav should included. There is no genuine paceman in the list. Rest of the team is fine.

Check how Muralitharan/Bhajji performed in Australia. I think Ashwin is young and has done a decent job. He needs to be given some more time.
