As per the Captain 'We haven't been able to perform to our potential' is really pathetic since the team performs to their potential in sub-continent pitches and not ones where there is bounce & movment.
How many series does Mr.Dhoni want before they can perform to potential? The selection of playing eleven smacks of favoritism. How many more chances does he want to give players like Rohit Sharma & Ravinder Jadeja? They only perform once in every 20-30 matches and players like Manoj Tiwari are never given a chance. After IPL started some of the players are least bothered when playing for the country. Mysteriously the same set of people will perform exceptionally well in IPL 4 and we would be made to believe that they have REDISCOVERED THE FORM until the next overseas series. My suggestion is the public should boycott IPL 4.
I have some suggestion to Mr. Dhoni (Caption cool) here. 1)If ur thinking u guys playing too much of cricket then why u guys not taking rest in IPL time. 2)Immediately stop backing ur Chennai team player for Indian team, if u want (Raina,jadeja,ashvin)to play with u all time then we not have problem select in ur IPL playing eleven, pls not force to selector to select in indian teams. 3)U had make statement in media u like to give chance to youngster in playing 11, so my question is here how u can think Raina is youngster he already played more then 120 matches and because of u he is only in the indian team. 4)Why not u gave chance to manoj tiwari,Rahul Sharma because they r not playing chennai IPl Team. 5)Finally the last one why u not take rest and chance to younger player to take ur place as caption and player. Because u also not a good fielder like what u think abt sachin,sehwag,gatuam.
in India , real bouncy 1s, half prepared , under prepared pitches , pitches with lots of grass.Let the batsmen perform on these 1s, instead of the usual dull placid 1s. The Curators should b given an upper hand.

For practice purpose, yes. But just because SA/Eng/Aus/NZ have pacy pitches, we should not ape them and change our pitches. Just like they torment us with pace, we should torment them with spin.
In my opinion the crux of the problem is batting style of Dhoni. Youngsters who came and joined Indian Team were inspired on the lines of Dhoni's tecnhnique which is a real non-sense. As a result we have this heap of youngsters who are unfit technically. I can give the proof of my argument: Raina, Rohit, Jadeja, Kohli etc. All emerged from the deeepShiiit created by the Dhoni's batting style. So whats the best punishment to Dhoni?

Indian players need to take a break from touring abroad so they can save for the grueling and much important IPL.
I don't understand about these England, Australian and SA tours when all the money is in India.
the indian team has issues, selection and others. but.... this team gave indians joy of getting World Cup after 83.. So, i will never forget that, and i hope some of you dont forget that either
