IPL is no more a brand, its brand value is declining evry year what with so many controversies and sponsors like sahara pulling out. It is a matter of a few more seasons now.
The IPL format is driven by greed and has put off avid cricket lovers from the game. Cricket has been reduced to a circus and if IPL is not banned soon, it will do more harm than good.

IPL was going great during modi era, after that it started declining majorly due to overflow of money and petty politics by b.cc.i
I think the format is doomed in the very near future considering the viewer ratings and all the controversies surrounding it. Good for other sports if the upcoming hockey league and football league succeed at least somewhat.
atleast lalit modi knew how to organize n run a show.. unlike inept bosses at bcci right now.. who can't do anything at all..or even manage what lalit modi created after kicking him out.. their incompetence will kill ipl

Not only watch in person but watch TV also. If all of us do this, we can kick them where it hurts.
