He should be selected if there is a match between india and the following countries on flat wickets(indian conditions). 1. canada 2. netherlands 3. kenya 4. UAE 5. tobaco(some island in Caribbean) 4. zimbabwe he should be rested if playing with 1. Australia 2. Pakistan 3. England 4. west Indies 5. Srilanka.
The order should be in same fashion when selecting him, high preference should be given to him in the above order.

possibility of Any thing of 1 ball. Even we would have lost wicket. Hence Blaming Umpire is not fair. At the Same Time Umpire is mere responsible from both the team point of view. Now that the result has become tie other wise Umire would have become the main root cause of the fate of the match. Win or Lose Depends on 1 ball. Any thing would have happen with the same 1 ball.
