Pathan was excellent in bowling and the quick 14 from 13 deliveries..... Its a pity he was not given 10th over whereas Jadeja was slammed for 5.8 per over and completed his quota of 10 overs.
This tie business must end.It is fixed.I feel SLshd be declared winners: 7/210 India 7/212 8/232 8/223 9/235 9/233 They are winners.Otherwise, a golden over.matches shd be decisive.

No. India should have been awarded a 'No Ball' when Irfan hit the six because the ball was a beamer above waist high ! Plus they say the last malinga over was a 5 ball over !!

based o0n ur logic aus should declared winner against india as Rahul sharma bowled two extra delivery which was illegal
Dhoni, who played slow, ran gambhir out and brought Jadeja ahead of Pathan. Even when Srilanka was batting well against Jadeja & Yadav, he didn't bring in any change allowing Mahela to settle.

If Dhoni gone fast and out, match may over before 45 and SL would have won by 20 runs...

:-).. If Pathan and Ashwun had played slow and in we might still have lost by 10 runs. :-) You can prove anything by starting with IF. :-)

i agree.he even ran out Pathan...seems like he likes leavong a lot for the final over-reminds me of my college and school days when i used to leave a lot for the last day prior to exam.
