I have a great respect for Sangakkara. To me he is the second best in the current lot only behind Sachin. He should refrain from making such statements. Playing mind games is part of game itself. But one should understand one's credibility before making any statement in public.

Yeah its surprising that player of his status indulge in such dirty tactics...May be things change when u r skipper of a team who is looking for a Win desperately..I used to respect him a lot..He is still great player...
It is laughable statement from Sangkara. Look some of the following stats apart from mentione above : 1. India defeated Sri Lanka at Taunton in England in 1999 world cup. 2.India defeated them at Durban, South Africa in 2004 world cup. 3.Sri Lanka lost 3 out of 4 matches against India in last WB series in Australia. 4.Sri Lanka lost 2 out of 3 matches played at Zimbabwe against India. So Mr.Sangkara first check out the stats then claim who is better at neutral venues.
