agree, ramesh.dhoni , raina & yuvraj are the players who can turn the match on its head single handedly.

hehe. You guys and your theories. See buddy that is how he times the match. He sacrifices risky shots to take it to around 20s and then try and go for it. So even if he fails doing it, people coming after him can throw the bat and probably get it done. You should watch and understand the game a bit better. It is a strategy and has worked for India quite a lot. Of coz there will be days when one cant get it going towards the end. But you only see that negative. Thats the issue with people like you.

well said, many times in trying to score fast batsmen get out and then enough wickets dont remain at the end...dhoni makes sure that wickets are left at the end and the target is also within manageable proportions..
Bharat, when tendulkar plays, all the other players forget playing and leave rke game for him to win or loose. when he is not playing, everybody played. so, shame on otbers

The person who sold a gift from a celebrity, and subsidised by GOI by wavng off custom duty, for a profit.
Indian wins only after dropping tendya from the side.
wrong . it was sachin who depite warming the bench told gambhir , Raina & dhoni how to play to win. so u see Sachin is indispensable . Gavaskar Shastri & BCCI are absolutelty right.

yes SOLID, u r statement is solid, So let tedkar warm the bench and not come to the field. Good for the young talent !!!

alas. this can not happen as long as gavsakar , shastri & BCCI want it. bad for indian cricket but then that is the reality. shastri still calls him the best batsman in the world.

He is definately Not the Best Fast bowler, but hard working & committed.
Bowl to Warner upfront., bowl last 2 of last 3 overs.. still better eco rate than Aswin today. In the first 3 matches, he is the highest wicket taker for India (second highest of all 3 teams). Out of regular bowlers, Only Zak & Umesh have slight better Eco than Vinay.
So, why hate him ?? Please give 1 reason why you hate so much ? How you tell he is club level bowler, did you face him ? If Aus/Srilanka team is giving away wicket to club bowler, then why not use club bowler ? What did other international level bowlers from India do in Test & these matches ? Can you name a "international class bowler" from India who can replace Vinay in next match and take 5 wickets ?

u r right a bowler wid an average oF 33 n eco. 5.6 in ODI and eco of 7.7 in t20 is a WORLD CLASS BOWLER. isnt it ? he bowls wid speed of 120, hope u wud hv seen in aus. test match. such kinds of bowlers r gud in ur opinion ?
as far as ur comment 'Can you name a "international class bowler" from India who can replace Vinay in next match and take 5 wickets ?' IS CONCERNED so any bowler frm India cn replace him bcz de wl hv better speed, better eco n better wicket taking ability IN COMPARISION TO USELESS VINAY KR...
and read my previous msg again, i wrote abt eco . not abt claim of 5 WICKETS.

Sonu, you are absolutely wrong in your assessment of Vinay Kumar. He bowled very well today. Very handy bowler for ODI's. A good batsman too. You will see his progress soon.

Sonu, if you read here , you are a big loser. You haven't found a single answer to the questions about Vinay. You said you only spoke abt eco, but u r wrong again. Aswin have higher eco today. so, if its about pace bowler, In this tri-seris Praveen have high eco than Vinay.

120?! He's been bowling consistently over 130 kmph this series. Ian Chappell commented about this on air. In the match against Sri Lanka, he touched 139 kmph. Besides, Vinay Kumar's career has only just begun. It's still too early to single him out when even players with years of international experience, like Tendulkar, Sehwag and Zaheer, have been less than impressive on this tour. Also, Vinay Kumar has bowled MUCH better than Praveen Kumar so far on this tour. Vinay is also a good fielder, Praveen Kumar is too lazy. :) I don't see any reason a player like Vinay, who gives his 100% from the start to the very end of the match, shouldn't be in the side. Give the guy some time. Everybody keeps writing him off every match and he keeps performing better than the other bowlers.
