How can paa ji get run out when there is a bakra (in the form of kirmani) on the other end. On both the occasions, it was kirmani who got out, it means he should also get some credit for this paa ji's record.

Why.. Kirmani could not have run fast or maybe it was his mistake. Why blame Kapil alone. For the matter .. Kirmani should also not be blamed. Its a team game.. records just happen. SO just chill.

Useless indeed? Mister ignoramus- Do u know that kapil Pa has the second best allround figures after SA great Jaque kallis.Over 400 wkts and over 5000 runs.Way ahead of guys like VVS,Sehwag. Dont u ever call him that mister. He is a cricket great.
While Gavaskar and Tendulkar were the best in their respective fields..Kapil was never the best in the world.. But he was the best India could ever produce... India will produce more Gavaskars and SRTs ..but will take sometime before we see another Kapil

that b'coz kapil had to slog alone for the wickets.all the fast bowlers worked in pairs.kapil use to open his bowling with a spinner.we shd admire kapil as he used to bowl for 20 overs and then u expect him to bat also.

Dear, Dont write on subjects on which you no nothing, Gavaskar is the only player in my lifetime who has retired properly, without waiting for playing some more matchs....

Even Gavaskar did not retire properly. He got pelted with orange peels in calcutta b4 retiring. Indian players jus dont know when to retire respectfully
Without voluntarily retiring Sachin/Ganguly/Lakshman/Dravid/Gavaskar/Kapil/Ravi Shastri denied opportunities of many young/talented BC/SC/ST/Minorities cricket players.

This kind-a insane thinking was the root cause for Mughal Empire's 300 years and British Empire's 250 years rule over India.
Kapil was truly real all- rounder of India & should say one of best for all time. Imran, Bothom & Hadely were always compared with him but notbody in test & ODI near to his records. As a captain he was one of the best till date, he was the one who really injected team India to play for win aggresivily. No match for him. Kaash ek aur Kapil jaisa true all rounder India mai paida ho

More than that he was a hero... most of his top performances are when others completely failed. When the going gets tough the tough get going. Case in point - 175no against zim, 4 consecutive sixes to score the 24 needed to save a follow-on, taking 8 aussie wickets with a fever.

Yes. The parents of your neighbours were the best and well above the standards of your parents and your parents are no match to them.

imra, botham and hadlee were no where near kapil.he is the best indian cricketer ever produced as agreed by the wisdom cricket magazine.

Hadlee and Botham were excellent all rounders in test cricket but couldn't repeat their success in ODI format.Kapil and Imran excelled in both formats and were captains of WC winning teams.
