The whole rest series people were talking about Batting failure, but the real problem is bowling. Had bowlers faired to control Aus batting, it would have been a slight cushion for batsmen. I agree unfortunate that big 3 have failed, but except for big 3, none of the others were test class. So you cant ask them to perform in testing conditions. We were able to count on only Dravid, Laxman and Tendulkar. No one expected all 3 will fail miserably. So that gave no hope on batting. But if the bowling had any sting, then Aus batting could have collapsed.
so do look at the bowling department seriously. Zaheer is absolute useless and so is Ishant. So look for some good young bowling lots.

ASHOK Dinda is by far the best bowler in the domestic matches this season. Can Mr. srikanth answer, why isn't he selected in the touring Indian team, where the team is performing at it's all time worst!

I think Dinda was played in one of the ODIs recently and he fared miserably. He was bowling all over the place. There is nothing extra ordinary about him, but I agree that he could be given a few more chances. But no matter whom they select, the bowlers have to learn to hunt as a pack, so should be able to tie one end up (and not end up giving runs by trying too many things) when another bowler is taking wickets from other end. This has been the problem of the Indian bowling for a number of years now - if one bowler takes wickets from one end, there will be 2 others who will leak runs and release pressure from the batsmen.

But he is much better than the so called fast bowler Ishant Sharma. At least he knows his limitations and bowls well within those. If Praveen had been fit, then Indian bowling performance would have been much better.

Praveen is a good bowler than sreesanth... ishant.. He is a good fighter and accurate with his line and lengths...

He has let down team in this tour on all occasions.He could not convert a single start to big inning till 2nd test & has been on decline after that with not a single knock of substance including the one yesterday
We want the Original Sreesanth back. We have destroyed his aggression in many ways. You can see that Pakistan allowed Shoib Akthar's aggression to be with him all through his career.

well, if it was a 50 overs match then sachin would have got that elusive ton.. the rain curtailed match didn't help him at all.. better luck in the upcoming matches. :-)

IPL is the evil that will take down the future of indian cricket into gutters.. How can this T20 club-cricket would be considered to hone talent for International cricket is beyond my understaning.. The people who speak good about IPL have some vested interest in it.. and some of brain-freeze fans who support this circus clearly don't understand cricket.. India's poor perormance in England/Aus is the clear indicator.. people who support IPL should hang themselves..
