Not the time to get in to this discussions ,let him first get well .Let the politics of Indian sport be ekpt aside.
Its sickening to see that just to get some publicity, the govt is willing to help a cricketer. This is clearly a ploy by the congress govt to potray a 'caring' image, with the ratings taking a beating due to the various scams and what better way to do so by helping out a cricketer in a cricket crazy nation! Obviously helping an athlete or a shooter wont give the same headlines. These guys are millionaires with IPL contracts and ads, plus match fees. No wonder we are called a celebrity-obsessed nation, and these people like maken who know nothing about sports try to use celebs names to get some free publicity for himself, and for his political party

Nisha, Don't be Jelous they are earning Millions with their Hard work, you are not getting that is your problem. That is the duty of the Govt to offer support to a sportsman who is facing some problem and that is a good sign don't think that it is for publicity. Ultimately he is our Minister.

Nisha, your comment is unacceptable in a civilized community.
Many of our olymipians, athelets, hockey players are living in poverty and wilderness, come forward to help theses. Do this useless cricketers need any governement help, when they earn in crores from IPL drama and BCCI drama company. You should feel shame on your self Mr Maken

Can the govt help all the people with cancer. why single out someone to help him while he has earnt crores of money to help himselves. there are so many people who dont have money to fight cancer and are dying out there. Is yuvraj's life so special than others? this has proved that this govt is only for rich and famous and not for aam aadmi
