Is India in a bid to get Sachin to his 100 Centuries unnecessarily loosing matches carrying a baggage?.. H e is so used to wasting deliveries in his 90s.. now wasting matches... i bet once this elusive century is achieved by him India would be in doldrums .. and then he will get a few more quick centuries and everyone will again say he is great.... He is plain lucky to have been from Mumbai and having been in a bad team and performed abv avg of his peers.. I bet he wouldnt have lasted this long if he were Australian...with no sunny gavaskar to back him in board politics

Are you serious ??? Sachin averages second only to Ponting in Aus among modern batsmen in spite of the bad showing in this last series... If Sachin were playing with Ponting, Aus would have won all matches including the ones played in India since Sachin has the ability to play in all kinds of pitches...

Dude, Sreesant is injured. Uthappa, I am not very sure. He is a top order batsman, but avg is around 27 or so. Irfan Pathan, YES! RP Singh & Yusuf Pathan have failed quite often nowadays......
Statements from Dhoni: 1. "Irfan is a part of the side, but he has just come in". 2. "Our loose deliveries were too loose".
Message to selectors, Dhoni & team: 1. With each team playing 4 matches in the league, u would want to have a good start. Why would u start with resting ur 2 main bowlers who have done well (Zaheer & Yadav). One could be rested...... 2. Someone with common sense wouldnt be playing 2 "fast" bowlers & 6 spinners (including part-timers) in Aussie pitches, specially Melbourne. 3. When u have won the toss (which is quite rare nowadays), u had a good option of batting first knowing how our batsmen r not in good form, and playing with only 2 pace bowlers...... 4. When the going was a cakewalk, Dhoni was "promoted" up the order with an excuse that he came to avoid a mini-collapse since Rohit was dismissed for a duck. Why did he not come at 1-down?

Jiju, plz dont write such lousymessages. No one has time to read such lengthy messages from a Malabarijoker likeyou.
y not d/l method adopted? a 50 over match reduced to 32 n ausis had already batted 11 overs. so in short, ausi had to score max runs in just 21 overs instead of 39. then y didnt ausi get the advantage of rain in d/l method? target for ind shud hv been increased by d/l method. but itwasnt done. y this cola very D? ausi scored 216/5. ind scored 151/10. so diffrence is exactly 65 runs ie margin of defeat. pardon my ignorance!
In last ODI, Manoj Tiwari scored an unbeaten Century. In Ranji Trophy matches, he was in superb form. Whereas, Raina is a super flop in international matches as well as in Ranji trophy in the entire season. And still Raina is playing because he is blessed by BCCI president, Chairman of selectors and the Captain because he plays for Chennai Super Kings.
