when i switch my tv to star cricket i was shoked to see so many spectators i mean a packed stadium, here on rediff boards many guys were claiming that the stadium will remain empty and no one will come to watch the match with -terrorists-
1.his speed was alwaz between 128 to 13km/hour..is that the defination of fast bowler? 2.this was a bangalore pitch , the fastest in india....although he might get swing...will his ball reach to keeper without 2 bounces...on typical slow indian pitches..?? 3.He was pitching the ball up yesterday...on days there will be no swing...does he have the ability to ball a bouncer...reaching atleast the waist of batsmen...looking at him...i doubt? all these ..does he look like next big thing?

atleast he was getting very good swing and he bowled the right deliveries. Ishant and Dinda were looking like schoolkids in front of him with their bad bowling. On a seaming pitch they were not getting swing and were being carted for runs. That is why we should bring new players rather than filling our team with failures. If we had 2 bowlers like B Kumar in test series we would have probably beaten England.

Joshi ji hold on. It's too early to include B Kumar in the test team i believe. Let him hav some suceess in t20, then he can be included in the 50 over format & then include him in tests. this is the ideal approach the selection comittee shud take, else another talent will b wasted. We don't find praveen kumar now. he also had good swing but he was wrongly handled. Moreover, Dinda & Ishant didn't bowl that badly but B Kumar bowled exceptionally well. His bowling yesterday was like a dream & we've never seen a debutant bowl such a wonderfull spell causing much panic in the pakistan camp. The real problem yesterday was that our batsmen failed to capitalise on the good start given by our openers & lack of support from our spinners.
Do not make him hero overnight and spoil him. Make him understand that he will be in the team only on performance and not on reputation of his debut match. Let him remember Narendra Hirwani
