He thinks himself as better batsman and he claims he needs time to settle in T20. And so he prefers to come up the order.
He is conviniently forgetting that all batsmen needs time to settle first but in T20 you don't have that luxury. ANd players like Raina, Yuvraj don't need much time to settle and much better strikers and batsmen then Dhoni..
