should be: 1. Ajinkya Rahane 2.Robin bhist 3.Chetheshwar Pujara 4.Virat Kohli [vice -captain] 5. Sachin Tendulkar (Captain) 6. R. Ashwin 7. Wriddhiman Saha 8. Umesh Yadav 9. Ishant Sharma 10. Couldn't stop laughing to see Sreesanth's name in the list. He is such a retarded clown on the field.
Tendu ducks questions on retirement. You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

typical tribal thought.... i was under the impression that india won 2 world cups, not dhoni.
but if you mean dhoni won the cups, then accept that dhoni was the reason we lost 3 series so badly.

Fakeglory is handed over to msd by hisassolelickers like you silly caveman!

Learn to accept defeat and success in the same stride. Dhoni is definitely a good captain but a lean patch in 2011-2012 does not mean it is not the end of the world and now if u dont accept this than u like to only criticize people without ur self doing any good

As the arrogant Gambhir once said " A captain is only as good as his team."

Iyer, pls give ur advise to Mr. Indian Tribe. for me, it is team india who is winning or losing. not dhoni or kohli or sachin or a single person.

Mr.Indian Tribe, its big joke to attribute success to dhoni....tell me one inspirational move that dhoni did as captain which has greater impact on indian cricket. He is decent cricketer but both the world cup's major contributors are Yuvraj & Gambhir but there were good contributions from others but dhoni hardly contributed with exception of one match on finals but Yuvraj was man of the series on both the world cups and gambhir has played well in both the world cups finals scoring 75 & 97. Coming to best captain ganguly has inspirational moves like converting Sehwag to opener which is on of the key factors of india becoming No.1 in test ranking. He forced dravid to keep wickets result of which he was able to secure his place in one day internationals. Speak to sehwag, yuvraj, harbhajan, zaheer every one will attribute their sucess to strong support from ganguly. On the other hand Dhoni always supports avg players R Jadeja, Badri, P chawla & Rohit Sharma(exception) and funnily ignores gifted players like Irfan Pathan, Harbhajan......in mumbai test he has given 40 overs each to ashwin and ohja with little sucess and in same match class spinner(harbhajan) was given 20 overs...it clear shows his intention to sideline harbhajan

With due respect to our spin legend (Bedi) both kapil and Gavaskar are miles miles ahead of dhoni in quality......both are legends Gavaskar finished as No:1 in all time runs list which later sachin and others had over taken (though short he stood against th best bowling attacks we would ever see in the history of game)and Kapil is probably one of the best all rounders of the GAME and also he finished with highest wickets which others have over taken. Now tell me where does DHONI stand? Do not tell me world cups, these are given for team not individuals....his contemporaries are miles ahead of him.....Adam Gilli, Mark Boucher & Kumara Sangakara...can you compare his quality to any of these his contemporaries?
"Youngsters like Cheteshwar Pujara, who I think is the future for us along with Virat Kohli, did well" Virat Kohli except for that 1 knock in Nagpur, was total failure.

100% right. Don't understand why these people including cricket politician gavaskar carrying Kohli in their heads and to be a captain. This erratic guy has 12 to 13 test experience 3 centuries and not even 1000 runs in his pocket. Hardly he has 2 years experience in cricket world!! He has to watch lot of Cricket videos and groom like a cricketer. If he proves well with atleast another 15 centuries in next 5 years may be a chance to become captain in 2019 or so. Till then keep playing.

Because in 90 odi which he has played he has scored more centuries than anyone in the history of the game and India has won all the matches unlike ur legend record greedy tendulkar. In which India has lost the game 21 times in odi

In the last three dubious series ENG in ENG, AUS in AUS & ENG in IND...Virat has only performed in 2 matches.....last matches in last two series..........rest of the 10 matches he was total failure..........he is still given options....I do not have complains as player of his quality deserves more and more chances to prove.....why is same standard not followed to Yuvraj.....in Test matches......he as never given long rope nor confidence by captain (Dhoni)......please remember though yuvraj is around for more than 10 years with Sehwag,Opener2,Dravid,Laxman,sachin,Ganguly,WicketKeeper..etc is that easy to any player to get into this team I am not sure why people are writing Yuvraj off.....time and again he has proved that he is perhaps biggest impact player India has ever produced look at his performances his FORM alwasy translates into huge victories (T20 world cup, one day world cup he was man of the series)......when india has recorded 16 consecutive wins twice earlier Yuvraj is one of the key contributor in most of these matches. Now he has added left arm spin how can one justify that R jadeja is better than Yuvraj?

Don't boast about stress. Indian cricketers get over paid much more than performing & non selfish Australian, South African, Englishmen cricketers.

Don't malign the cricketers that they are selfish. No body would like to loose. Don't post the beggar comments regarding payments. It's a sport sometime they win and sometimes they loose. We Indian fans should stop behaving like cry babies and support the team when they are down. It applies to every aspect of the life. Like supporting friends through bad times

No wonder Indian team has supporters like you. Believe me my friend, if Bangladesh or Afghanistan tours Australia or England, the result can not be worst.

Ok, they may be selfish but they make it a point to crush over hyped team like India in their own backyard as well as when they come here as guests.

I think you are jealous of Mr.Dhoni. even if U also become a slave of mr.srinivasan u cannot achieve 1/4th what Dhoni has achieved
India should get rid of both Duncan Fletcher and Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Nowhere should the coach and the captain should be kept with complete washout of English and Australian tours and losses in home series. The BCCI appears to be incompetent, inefficient and ineffective.
