Like Dravid said, Dhoni is the best man to lead the team. Leave Kohli. He seems to be the only man in form. Let him not go the Sachin way as Sachin's form dipped after becoming captain. And Sachin was the best player India had in ODIs during that period. We don't want our best player to have an additional responsibility of captaining the side. For most of ex-players, Kohli is the right man for shorter format which I think is wrong. Kohli needs to play freely and win matches for India. But I feel one should ask Dhoni to forget that he is the captain while batting and bring out that aggressive player in him, though its difficult to forget that he is the captain. We have not seen the aggressive Dhoni for quite a while now.

did not understand that ganguly made the team...can you explain it a bit? you mean dravid laxman sachin kumble bhajii ganguly himeslf etc.? well dravid laxman sachin kumble ganguly bhajji team was created by our first succesful captain azhar...please dont credit ganguly for that...
and btw ganguly did not play many tests under dhoni and kumble played ZERO tests under dhoni still under him we won many test taking 20 wickets with bowlers like sreesanth, ishant, mishra, ojha, ashwin etc. so dont get all excited about ganguly and start dhoni bashing which has become a fashion...

ganguly never let or his team never let? :) how much ganguly contribution and how much other 10 players contribution? :)
Let us agree with the following fact One day capatain - MSD is one of the best one day playeer. T 20 Captain - Suresh Raina Test captain - No one from the playing eleven !!!

He can't find a place in any form of Cricket if he is in even NZ itself. There is better keeper/batsmen than him for one day & T20 in India. No need of a use less fool like Dhoni as Captain.

Selectors / BCCI do not have brave heart like South Africa board did 12 years back when SA debacle in WC Semi (they have brought Graeme Smith as Captain with NO Test experience). We should prepare to show Black flags to Dhoni(not leaving captaincy) & Sachin(not leaving Team as agentleman)
