Test cricket is a different ball game compared to T20 or ODI. It requires different set of skills, patience and mental ability to cross the threshold. That's why teams who focus on test cricket (SA, England, Aussie) are so consistent and strong. Team India needs a different set of players for each format and needs to rewards more players from the domestic league. The country has the largest pool of players among the Cricket playing nations. I am sure BCCI can find upcoming players who will work harder and not give up their wickets away so easily, unlike the unfit and lazy players in the team right now.

As long as Sachin is in team, let us boycott India’s matches and teach a lesson to the sponsors who are pressurizing selectors to keep him in team.

Stats suggest otherwise buddy. Go to Cricinfo and see it for yourself. Whenever, Sachin scored runs in bulk, India ended up losing the match; Asia cup 2012. That's why he is not considered a match winner unlike Lara or Ponting.

look boss u r looking at recent past, bt if u look before that u will notice one thing when whenever India reached in Semi's & finals of nay tournament or won big tournaments Sachin had a very big role. He had performed either with bat or with a ball. u people r critical. I also agree that Sachin is not performing well at present & people always bow to rising sun. But, still my gut feeling is that Sachin will come back in style & prove all of u wrong. He should play 200th Test & we should support him for the same. Further, other should also perform. Not only Tendulkar should be held responsible for worst performance after all it is a team event.

skull. tendla is being wrongly implicated in india's debacle at the hands of eng as the man is still having a long inning in him to play. this legend ought to be allowed to hang his boots alongside the fruit of his loins say around 2038 so that it adds another feather in tendla's cap as the most aged player in cricketing history while retiring surpassing W.G.Grace.

BCCI should called off the IPL immediately. It is spoilling Indian cricet. Now a days Indian Player don't have the passion to become a good test player rather they want to be a good T20 player so that they can earn more money from IPL.
