His contributions are well known only as a player, but never as a skipper! No one is indispensable and there is someone who is waiting to carry the captaincy baton into the future.

and first half yaako tikanowa knows, does he? really? yes i know what you are going to say...that dravid did nothing it was his team that did it...and that team was what he inherited from ganguly and himself had no contribution in creating it...

It is too much necessary. When a Captain after loosing a match, only blames his players and don't take any constructive step, why should we allow him for keeping him as a Captain. Replacement is urgently needed. Initially there may be some problem, but after some time definitely a good team will be there for fighting with the other teams. I propose the name of Sehbag for the same. What is the harm to try ?
Former cricketers/ tidbit commentators are just plain jealous of Dhoni and his achievements both on and off the field. This guy has given India a lot of proud moments under his stewardship often leading from the front. Virat Kohli could be nurtured for the future. However Gambhir/Sehwag etc are arrogant and have no flair for captaincy.India needs Dhoni to lead and be responsible as he himself agrees.
Dhoni is certainly under big pressure due to Captaincy in all three(3) formats of the Game. If Dhoni is relieved Test-Captaincy, only younger player like, Kohli should be given the duty, where Dhoni can be included to play as WK-Batsman. And, all new and younger players be given chance, eliminating Sachin, Sehwag, Zaheer, Harbhajan, and even Gautam. A new-look Team can be able to perform better in the years to come. Dhoni, if can not perform well in the Next 5-6 matches as WK-Batsman, he also should be relieved from Test-Team. There should be strong & definite action in this regard.
