Reminds me of Madras test in sixties when England scored 181 runs in a day during Ken Barrington time. But then we had Vijay Manjrekar to grind as well! This Indian team lacks technique & so 3- 1 England!!

If India gets them in 4 sessions, there is a fair chance of winning, especially if Sehwag scores. I think Indian batting may click in this pitch.

England once again frustrated Indian bowlers with tactical batting.They played to extend their inning beyond lunch of day-2 with a score of 250 in mind.They have been able to achieve the objective unless India could do something in first session tomorrow.A chase of even 150 on day 4 & 5 on this track will be a huge task for India.It is disgraceful for BCCI to prepare such tracks that will kill test cricket

If India wants to Win, Bat whole 2nd and 3rd Day with calm and take lead of 100 or 150. No issue of Pitch then.
Poor understanding of Cricket by Dhoni, again, He left out Rahane and Awana, stacked four spinners on the side, and played just one fast bowler. Ironically, the lone fast boler takes 2 wickets and the four spinners are still wicketless after bowling 33 overs. Time to kick Dhoni out of the team!

Agreed that Awana and Rahane should have been in side. But it was not Dhoni's decision. He is doing what he has been told to do. Players are selected based on their commercial value and not merit.

when u forcing tendulkar ,Gambhir like arrogant,in public showing decentness,acting hcool,then dhoni cant change to winning tactics due to such burden in batting,lets see how Tendulkar,Gambhir perform?,also so far out of 5 spinners failed to perform in so called spin turning wicket and fast ballers took most wickets,are pitch curators listening to English cricket board,or free for all,everybody jealous about other,other earning,so want to show downothers?
