Re: my guess for Indian team tomorrow

ok my prediction. Gambhir:50-60 Sehwag:30-40 Pujara:60-90 Sachin:0-20 Kohli:10-30 Jadeja:25-70 Dhoni:20-40 Ashwin:25-50 Chawla:10-25 Ishant:0-20 Ojha:0-10
the board should decide to show some spine and drop Sachin, dhoni and sehwag after the conclusion of the nagpur test, irrespective of the result or the players individual scores....
Sehwag has proved time and again that he is highly irresponsible when it comes to batting and throws his wicket away, when caution is the need of the hour....
Sachin is well past his prime and there is absolutely meaningless to continue with him, if India is serious enough to building a team for the future....The presence of a 40 yr old man in the dressing room doesn't augur well for the future of Indian cricket....
Lastly Dhoni has never been of test quality. It would be quite prudent to drop him and allow him to captain the team in T20's and ODI's.. A different WK and a captain needs to be chosen for test cricket....

Well said ! The above changes are inevitable for India to beat strong professional teams like Australia & South Africa. So long as these players continue to play, one should not be shocked if India gets thrashed at home by other lesser teams viz. Newzeland, West Indies & Bangladesh also in future!
After their firt test loss, the ENGLAND BATSMEN have welladapted to our spin bowlers. Its our batsmen who are supposed to be good in handling spin who are thoroughly uncomfortable againt PANESAR AND SWANN. But then the ENGLAND BATMEN have proud of their being representing their country, where a our boys can't wait for the IPL to start making mullahs. What a pity and hope Virendar sehwag curtail hi impuliveness and stay in crease for the first 25 overs. Mr.Dhoni himself should lead the way by SCORING SOME RUNS rather than moaning and groaning about the pitch. No point in saying anything bout the SENIOR PLAYER who is a pale shadow of his past days. HE WIL RETIRE when he decides.SICK
Indian team strugling in home since last 2-3 years. They are scoring between 200-300 either chesing or bating first. But laxman and Dravin was marked difrence between past and present, Done well with good support of bowling deptt . Now problem is that no one is playing for the team. Every one want to be captin with his 0 performance. Sehwag, Gambhir, Kohli, Yuvi, Sachin, Dhoni all are totally failed. How can they win Nagpur. Ashwin can bat but main batsman can not bat on same track. We have not a strong banch strength nither in bating nor in bowling deptt.

reports suggest Rahane Dinda Awana will sit out and team to go with 3 spinners ,sharma and jadeja. that could be recipe 4 disaster!

Absolutely correct & I totally agree with you on your comments. Our bench strength is poor because the standard of Ranji matches are not upto the International level. Our past batsmen were really outstanding players of spin but our current batsmen are beaten fare & square by both spin & pace bowling alike ! The way Sachin getting beaten time & again by mediocre spin bowling & repeatedly getting caught at first slip makes your point very valid because of the way Ashwin conquered both spin & pace alike. The players who failed in the third test should not be retained in the fourth test & there should be some sort of a rotation policy by which no player would be able to take his place for granted match after match.
