Is "Sachin" mad to continue...if there is nothing "Personal" to "Achieve'!!!! A player like "Akram" who had played so much ...speaks "Rubbish"...to be in the "Limelight"!!! "200 Tests"..."50th ODI Ton"..."Most WC Appearances"..."Kallis Retirement" are the "Personal Records" left to "Achieve'!! In all "Above"..."Kallis Retirement" is most "Crucial"...Becoz "Sachin" himself has "Accepted" that wen he started playing...his "Goal" was to "Cross"..."Gavaskars 34 tons"!!!! So As long as "Kallis" is "Playing" ...got a "Realistic" chance to Overhual Sachins "Test Tons"!!!! In Short after achieving so much ..."Sachin" is having "Sleepless nights"...just becoz of "Kallis/Test Tons"!!! The "Pwerful lobby" of "Ambani"..."RS Member"..."Selectors" are in "Sachins Pocket"...only to protect his "Personal Records"!! Due to this "Powerful Lobby" ...nobody can even change "Sachins Batting Position"...left alobe "Being Dropped'!!! As If "Selectors" & "Sports Ministry" &"..." are telling "Citizens"..."Winning is Secondary...Sachins Personal Records are More Important'!!!!!!!
Our India always needs a villian all the time. now they are making sachin and dhoni the villans. now lets admit that we were not prepared as english. when we were playing champions trophy england were camping in dubai to adjust to indian. they wsaw video tapes of dravid to tackle spin. indians on the contarary were not ready for the challenge at all. even the victory in the first test was unconvincing. there was no plan B or C and the same batting order was repeated again and again. I really think yuvraj or kohli should come in place of pujara in thesecond innings of kolkatta test. pujara down the order could have done the damage control better

Could not have said better.....! We only want short term results. Kohli played well last year, our people said he is the next phenomenon for India. Pujara started well, they said he is the next Dravid for India. Planning is really worst this series!!
This started as a revenge series, but in reality it is a nightmare for everybody.

MSDhobi, it was a revenge for us (fans of Indian cricket) :):)
Australian series was also called "Agneepath", but ended as "KalaPatthar" :) BCCI have banned so many things unnecessarily (like photos on the ground during one of the recent tests). They should ban the media also before the series begin :):)
It is better that the news remains as an iron curtain till the game starts.....

@MS Dhobi not only this series even the england tour last year was so immaturly planned that we were all in T20 mood. playing against australia, england and south africa requires not only skill and talent but mind games application too

Sharanu, I too was shocked to see the reaction on the faces of the players. It looked as if each guy wanted to run away as soon as possible. What made me most angry was that part timers were not used at all!! As u say, there was no Plan-B or C

exactly shambu just imagine the fast bowlers who failed miserably in friendly conditions like zaheer, yadav and most shockingly ishant were selected again and again. dont u think it was a bit unfair to blame the batsmen alone. and gambhir left in the middle of the match to see his ailing grandmom. what if india were chasing some 300 or 350 runs ?

thats unprofessionalism at its worst....seemingly he does not care what the situation of the match is...how can anybody leave the match which is in progress? and it is not the first time he has done this...in the past also he did it when it was either his engagement day or wedding day..i dont remember exactly which...
and some people want that he be made captain of the test team...imagine if his wife has flu he will leave the match midway say after 3 days and go to attend his wife...and the vice captain (sehwag or kohli?) will have to care of the team with its 10 players...horrible...

Dhoni is a case of lucky charm. He was never a test player & exit of Kumble brought test captaincy to him without merit.Srinivas has played dirty against Veeru who was the worthy candidate for test captaincy after Kumble retired.
Will he really assess !!! Fact is that he will not become poor by retiring from cricket now, as he is one of the richest person in the country. He will not lose his glamour, too. So, he should only to show a level of self-dignity in deciding for his retirement. At the same time, he would give opening to an youngster in the Team.

None has ever questioned the delight that his batting was. Please read was with underline,as it is time to hang the boots without further delay to avoid embarrassment to himself & his supporters

Sachin has a history of poor decision making ability.Who can forget his disastrous tenure as Captain of team India & anger shown when Dravid declared the inning while he was trotting in 190's for over one hour?

Frankly, it is the spectators who have madeaGOD out of a human. Now, the same spectators are making him a villain. Moderation is never practiced in our country.
Even now if people like you have real interest in cricket, please stop watching or going to IPL matches.

Yeah you are right. Some amount of moderation would help. On a personal level i have never made him demi-god. But i do love the game for its artistic value. Its really sickening to see someone occuping space in the team due to past glory. I dont remember any recent performance of him wherein either he has won a test match for the team or helped India draw one since the last 10 years.
