Sehwag and Gambhir politics from a long time. These guys (amarnath etc.) ready to pounce on slightest performance issues. Sehwag and Gambhir deliberately underplayed and came under trouble, so were adviced to keep up their performance while still harming overall results... easily they are making up their performances... Gosh... how people could overlook such petty politics being played in front of their eyes... Even if Dhoni goes, I guess he will do it in sporting manner.. Only what bothers me is that, yet once again as in our great nation, evil will win (and truth shall not prevail)
Did these so called seniors ever perform good in their cricket careers??? Never Never Never. I remember India losing always right from the days i started understanding the game, around 1985. Kapil coming without helmet and getting out soon, Shastri, prabhakar helplessness on getting hit sixes, amarnath and others totally useless and nobody kept any hope or watched them. Remember Kambli tears; whole nation cried and were used to crying those days... Its only during last decade that India started winning many many games.... Be thankful to Sachin, Dhoni and young talented pool of cricketers.....
Dhoni should be kicked out immediately. Dhoni has no performance in all 03 formats of CKT recent past. Yes, in his captaincy we won 02 WC but what was his self performance in those? Except WC final he did nothing. Also in WC final Goutam made the base and Dhoni promoted himself in order which was not essential, anybody could have did that. In fact it is his cunning tactics for fame and money, that whenever India was in batting trouble he usually came in lower order and in good platform when victory is ahead he usually promotes himself in higher order and remain not out to increase his average. It was seen in many matches that he could not accelerate the run rate to remain not out to increase his average which cost India to loose the matches. Also he did nothing in T-20 WC which India won. With the support of Srinivasan he made ODI team as CSK and now also Test team. This man and Srinivasan are pulling India back. Now he comparing Ashwin with Gambhir but forget that he did nothing in the entire three tests. After Aus series he told against Sehwag (would be captain) and made him out from the team and now when Gambhir would be a choice he is complaining against him also. Selectors were ready to remove him but his godfather, CSK chief Srinvasan saved him. India will definitely achieve nothing under his captaincy in Test CKT. After AUS test series he told that he has little interest in Test CKT. What was his game plan before Eng(0-4),Aus(0-4) and now Eng home series? He only thou

thought that only spinning pitch will be sufficient. Also his field placing and bowling change was poor. Slip and FSL position should be placed by specialist fielder but he had no game plan which cost drop catches of Cook. He knows very well that if he will be in the team as captain his earnings will be more from ad and endorsements and if he resigns from captaincy he will not be there in the team because of his performance. There are many better keeper-batsmen in India but as he is the captain he is in the team without any performance and India is playing on short of player, by 10 players. If Srinivasan and Dhoni will be there India will be in lowest level in Test CKT near future.

Its not cunningness. Imagine his patience. Anybody will be tempted to shout back. Losing should be taken sportingly.
Why Mohinder Amarnath is only against Dhoni?There are other bigger shots who with their poor performance continues to play in the team only because they are in good books of BCCI. Mohinder Amarnath don't know there names?or he,like other so many, are in the pay roll of such big shots.

World would be chaotic if decisions were taken only based on statistics.

Let dhoni & senior players think aloud.if a cricketer(batsman)failed for 5 tests he should be asked to give place for others.Same rule for bowlers too. This kind of situation will improve the performance of all team players

why such players should be asked to go out? They should be kicked out.But don't worry India will not be that bold enough for another 100 years.
Yap its true in our India, changes take place and lets allow raw talents to set in, nobody succeeded at one time itself, but learnt from mistakes and learnt not to do them and then became champions. come on INdia.
I agree with Dhoni when it comes to opinions of ex-cricketers and players like Gavaskar, Amarnath, Bedi and others.
All of these guys with inflated egos are judgemental and cynical everytime. They never talk about the solution to the core problem.
At times their opinions are no different from a layman's opinion inspite of having had played the sport at the professional level for many years.
Also Dhoni is perfectly right about the Indian cricket fans. We think in extremes, believe in miracles and are too harsh on our own players. In short, as cricket fans, we are no different than a 5 year old kid. Thats what we seem to convey through our views and opinions.
