Unless BCCI top management is not governed by Ex Cricketers , Indian Cricket will continue to suffer for the worse only . What are Rajeev Shukla , Sharad Pawar , Arun Jaitley , N. Srinivasan etc doing in BCCI . Harsha Bhogle should be the BCCI President as he has a great understanding of the game as an administrator inspite of not being a cricketer himself . Ravi Shastri , Sunil Gavaskar , Bishen Singh Bedi , Mohinder Amarnath , Anil Kumble , Sourav Ganguly , Rahul Dravid , VVS Laxman , S.Venkatraghvan , Sanjay Manjrekar should be the people who should form the management structure of BCCI . Only then Indian Cricket will start blossoming .IPL should be scrapped immediately .Good Physios and Fitness Trainers have to be brought now by BCCI , so that injuries are taken care of . Dunan Fletcher should be sacked too along with Dhoni , Sachin , Sehwag , Gambhir , Zaheer .

First show guts to remove Sachin boldly. That will be beginning of the reform needed in Cricket.
Little boys should not be made to play against grown men! This is the result of govt-controlled BCCI making all decisions..and as usual, always the wrong ones.

This was inevitable. Now India has started to lose tests on home ground. In next few years India will become another test playing nation like West Indies. We will have nothing but past glory, we have to only live with that. My prediction is, India will degrade in all forms of cricket, test and one-day. They will even be out from the next World Cup in qualifying matches. This is bound to happen.
ats a proof of ganguly's leadership in tests india never lost to 2 consecutive tests against any nation in india also, he drew test series vs ENG IN 2002 nd vs AUS in 2003-04 won pak in tests in 2004
whereas, dhoni lost 8-0 in tests in ENG,AUS sad......very sad

My team for 4 th test. Shewag M.Vijay-openers A.Mukhund Badri -Captain Pujara Rahane-Middle order Karthik-WK DInda yadav-fast bowlers Ashwin Ojha-spinners This team can do better provided they are assured for next 10 tests or 2 years.
