this lazy colonial game of cricket played among 9 nations out of which nearly half of them r showing a perceptible decline, in their youth willing to take up this useless game needs to be banned in India once and for all.....
ppl spend too much time and money debating endlessly the nitty-gritty of this useless game which does not find any place in the world of sports...
but I guess it will take some time, b4 ppl lose interest, as we have enough crazy f00ls who will follow this sport and make demi gods out of ordinary men only to realize later that they have been taken for a ride.....
not to speak of the endless corruption, betting, and match fixing that has sullied whatever little image this sport had....
In the years to come, cricket will only be played by the third world nations of the indian sub-continent.
NZ is no match for India. Dhoni just wants to keep the team focussed. The real test will be when we face England and Australia. We will wipe out the memory of eight consecutive losses and get our revenge to make it to number two spot in ranking. After that only a series against SA will keep us from the mountain top. There is a very good chance that we will reclaim top spot very soon.
The captain may get spinning tracks to win matches .It will still serve no purpose as team will be judged in ranking in test cricket by virtue of more victories overseas. The record is so bad in England,Australia,WIndies & SA that one shudders to think now of even sending team India to these countries

Remember teams who came to India and lost also lose points because of defeats overseas. Why should we criticise India for losing abroad? Even Team No.1 in the world England lost heavily on their home ground recently against South Africa and slumped down in ranking.

U may be in for shock if India bat first with overcast conditions & bit of grass on wicket.

Why you undermine our pacers- Zaheer and Yadav? they may also strike rich in those conditions. Our batsmen are far better than NZ batsmen to negotiate.
