Now a days new generation in UK,New Zealand,Australia etc are advised to ignore cricket and take up olympic sports so that their countries can win more olympic medals to make their nations proud.Further,it has been cricket is a totally time wasting game not suitable for modern days.At most,20-20 can be be allowed.Test match for 5 days,one day international match are sheer wastage of valuable man hours for any nation.
Only 4 poverty stricken third world countries like India,Pakistan,Srilanka and Bangladesh are crazy about cricket.Cricket has sucked_the administration,corporate,people,etc of these countries like dreaded_opium and any one who who speaks against this malaise_is abused_by the agents of the scam_and match_fixing mafia.
Therefore,parents should encourage their children to take up olympic sports.Cricket is such a lazy game that if in the night you dance in the club with a girl friend,next day you can go to the field and score a zero and sit in the pavellion.It does not need the hard work of participation in all the time and thats why you can see only in cricket pot_bellied players like David_Boon,Arjuna_Ranatunga,Virendra_Sehwag or Ramesh_Pawar.If you send these players to take part in any olympic sports like basketball,table tennis,or badminton,they will faint after 10 minutes.So,cricket does not make a healthy nation,it makes an lazy nation.
We need to get rid of cricket and bollywood song and dance,to change our nation and emerge as superpower.

This is one of those sort of intellectual thoughts. Though I like it, in our country India, people with these thoughts or ideas are considered as mentally imbalanced. So when majority population considers cricket as their religion, views of this sort has no place.
UChand is an exciting prospect who should be exposed to tougher opponents at senior level to hone his skill further. Yes Akram and Chappel had high praise for him S.Sharma and Harmeet Singh whose bowling reminded one of the great Bedi.There is another player who deserves attention and encouragement to step up to the next stage--Baba Aparajith.Here is an unassuming player who promises to be a true alrounder India is looking for. He is a lovely batsman with a silken touch and time to play.His cover driving is glorious and he can hook and pull as well.His slip catching is outstanding.While his off spinners are effective in the shorter formats he needs to add variety and work on them for the longer versions of the game.His calm demeanor in crisis is an asset too.Surely a player for the future!
arjun tendulkar is ready for senior team not some small time under 19 captain.... and to help through with transition i hope sachin plays for team india till 2020 world cup... till then we will have junior dravid and jnr vvs laxman breakthrough as well
poor manoj tiwari, badrinath, ajinkya rahane, r already lamnting their fate so that some oldies retire n they get the chance. n then v can even dream of unmukt chand, smit patel, harmeet, sandeep sharma to come to ind team.
Sehwag always expressed his desire to play in the middle order.After the retirement of Laxman , it is time that he should play in the middle order and Unmukt should be tried as opener in test matches. Similarly Baba Aparajith, Harmit and Sandeep Sharma should be given a chance in ODI.
Both Akram and Ian Chappel have spoken very high about Chand. Now it is the duty of the selectors to groom him for higher responsibilities for Team India. Similarly Harmeet Singh should be given enough opportunities to prove his worth and play for India.
He was aware that Indian middle order is volatile and has at least couple of idiots and wanted to chase down Australia's score on his own like he did in the Quadrangular tournament and Asia Cup finals. Everything went according to his plan and he batted through and chased it down. This guy can hit sixes whenever he wants at his will. He saw through Australia's top 3 bowlers and attacked the rest. Also, impressive with his bowling changes. He has got good cricketing brain and is ready to play at senior level just like Virat Kohli.
Harmeet Singh could be a genuine spinner and Baba Aparajith a master technician and a genuine all-rounder at senior level. Sandeep Sharma is without a doubt a good new ball bowler with his in-swingers but he needs to improve his bowling at the death. If he could do that, he can also play at senior level.
