i dont know why people hate our tamil players. first they tried to blame ashwin but after proving his match winning performances they are trainng their guns on mukund and balaji. i despite of giving chances rohit has failed miserably but still there is no talk of bringing badrinath back. also sehwag and gambhur have failed in test , it is high time to bring back talented murali vijay and make him a regular in all formats

murli vijay and mukund are 3rd class players and should be ousted completely untill they can play short, fast stuff.and people dont hate tamil players but hate groupism and special preferences given to tamil players over others.

having confidence on rb was one of the reasons of 2007 wc failure. He seems to be an ok player and ok for IPL
Indian cricket attracts most times JEALOUSY I am living in SYD Australia and I know from personal experiences ,some of other country players are simply jealous because
i)IPL is hosted in india and Indians owned ii)Indian cricket players make good money
Also ,Sri Srikanth is very knowledgeable cricketer and knows his job very well
Faisal Sheikh (author) please take your commentary elsewhere like other countries

Indian cricket is in fine shape -- BCCI has money and resources(new stadia like pune ,nagpur with facilities) ----- sachin tendulkar being Rajya Sabha member will give suggestions and play a role in future policies with consensus) ---- There is INDIA A team and structure in place
if PUJARA does not perform ,he will go back to INDIA A and then fine tune his game ,he will again come back to India team --------- In aust tour ,everyone said replace VIRAT KOHLI with Rohit Sharma
but selectors persisted with KOHLI and he performed (perth test ) ,hobart CB series and recent Sri lanka series -------- so all media please mind your own business
LET selectors ,BCCI ,captain etc make decisions
Iam sure they know their jobs
If selected players do not perform ,next in line from India A team will get a chance
REdiff or NDTV cannot and should not involve in CRICKET TEAM SELECTION (this is not Burkha dutt show or political debate )
Let Sports be handled by sports professionals Already veterans like gavaskar, shastri ,kapil ,vengsrakar give commentary and write articles after each game
I do not want pressure on Indian cricket team why ? becuase this not once in 4 years OLYMPICS Cricket is played every season ,every year if there are talented Indian cricket players ,they will get a chance (with IPL and contracts ) there is enough opportunities around
let the guys be natural enjoy their game iam sure they will perform
Iam Indian and I know ,Indians have good hand ,eye

cordination ,rest is Temerment ,attitude and Technique ---- but putting heaps of pressure is not correct in the INDIAN context and INDIAN CRICKET (This has been proved in last 20 years)
AUSTRALIAN cricketers take pressure and like pressure ,so for Australia context ,putting pressure is correct
indian context putting excessive pressure can be determental to the indian cricketer career so REDIFF leave INDIAN cricket alone go back to masala news and bollywood thanks

so rama anne thinks others are jealous of india's 0-8 loss in test in 2011.they will be super jealous if it extends to 0-16
The truth is most top current teams are lions at home or in similar conditions (South Africa in England, England in Australia, India in Srilanka, for instance). These teams are not so good in conditions alien to them. So currently the better allround team is South Africa. India, England, West Indies are the best when playing at home. Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka are very unpredictable and inconsistent teams now.
