There is no doubt that India's Most Valuable Player is Sir Ravindra Jadeja. He does not have to score runs or take wickets or catches. In fact he does not even need to play international cricket. His value is $2 Million. Mind it.
Fyi tendulkar and yuvraj have not played in this series so they will not be in this list...bullshit analysis .....pehle dekh lo kaun kaun khela phir uske baare mein likho faltu ka time barbaad mat karo apna aur dusro ka
Not much difference for Gambhir and Kohli in runs scored and strike rate, then why so much difference in points ? Why no fielding points for Gambhir ? Or Is he only batting ? Or the ball never came even once to him in any of the 5 matches he played ? or Bullshit rediff analysis ?

No fielding points for Gambhir as he did not take catches or effected run outs . kohli took quite a few catches and effected run outs for his team as well and also amount of runs saved by kohli is naturally better than gambhir as Virat is better fielder . Bowling points also have come for virat as he bowled few overs and in this series he bowled very well actually .. in the t20 he bowled three overs for 13 and in 4th odi i believe he bowled two overs for 7 . So he got more points . Also in batting points he scored more not only beacuse of his more runs than gambhir but also his strike rate was better , he hit six ,he got two MoM awards for his batting and scored two hundreds compared to gauti's one .Concluding hereby that its not such a bad analysis as few in the forum has pointed out it to be.
Batting order for openers & 1down batsman & middle order batsmans are different. Opening & 1st down you will have more chance to use many deliveries where as middle order & tail end you will not get those previllage including powerplay advantage.
Hence middle order rating should not be inline with openers.
If Tendulkar would have played 3rd or 4th down he would have not scored 100 centuries!!!!

very true, many dont seem to get it that the batting position of sachin is responsible for him being so overrated...

Do you both know what it is to score against fresh fast bowlers bowling with new ball?

dude facing a new ball has more problems than coming 4th down. when ball is older. Psychologically it makes much difference too when u come down at a score of 200/2 or something. Both posns r important and cant be compared. There is no guarantee that if kohli starts to open the innings he will score more centuries than tendulkar. U need some cricketing sense.

so why could not sachin score some easy centuries when he used to come down the wicket earlier in his career in the odis? sachin has ZERO centuries before he started to open the cricket? very easy YEAH!!
u people really need to learn abc of cricket
by the way when he does score century in opening position in odis it is usually when the pitch is 350-400 type or when the target is modest like between 180 to 240....
please tell me out of his many centuries how many of them have come when target was above 280 and pitch was not 350-400 runs kind?
stop this silly sachin-pooja and understaned when his centuries have come in easy conditions or when conditions are difficult////
of course if you people want to live in unreality and in denial nobody can stop you from doing so....

Permanently out of form. Most of the time out of form and only in a very very few matches he scores. This is Rohit's from for the past so many years.
