Rohit is in the team because he is something like this " When all the other light goes off and Indian team is surrounded by darkness...There would be one light that will glow "...and the name behind that light is....is.....is.....is...is not Mr Sharma..thats for sure

@aman, If you maintain a healthy diet, sound sleep and routine exercise, you will never be in hallucination.

Not wrong attitude, its desperation. Imagine a middle order centurion being rested for the next 14 consecutive matches.....

It is difficult to say what is right or what is wrong here. He took this approach to motivate himself and keep himself ready even for a single opportunity. May be for some other person the motivating factor would be different. It is very difficult to keep the momentum on just sitting idle in the sideline while you know that you can play and probably better then some of your team mates.

it is negative motivation, one should be positive and show confidence and not behave like a coward.

Grow up Manoj Tiwary, hope you are not son of Senior Tiwary, who got many sons,, all over India

If you compare him with Rohit , it is okay. But how you compare him with Ashwin. If just he got 4 wickets in a match you are comparing him, he was hit for lot of runs in other matches. That too he is only a part time bowler. How you can compare him with Ashwin. Ashwin has proved that he is economical bowler in that matches he played so far that too for a quite a lot of matches. Talent wise Rohit is superior to all, but he never uses his talents, he is getting out in lazy fashion. But Tiwary though he lacks talents of Rohit, but temperement wise and using his tenacity, Tiwary is far above even Rahane.

Irony of a youngster to say this statement. This shows how sensible our selection committee is. I have nothing against Rohit Sharma, but he has got too much of a long rope......
