1. Must attend all sessions 100% 2. Must participate in discussions with 100% commitment. 3. Raise min 100 issues of larger interest. Then only he can do 100% justice to the appointment. Since he is very fond of 100, let us hope these 100s also will be achieved by him!!!!!!

Never believed in selling gifts. Its ok @ sameer that you also believe in selling gifts; but never go to an extent of selling your family members even in extreme case (specially women)
GOI has nominated him under article 80 of constitution(best of my knowledge, i may be wrong) where u can nominate 12 members from diff. fields. he is NOT a congress nominee(only Govt. is of congress party). he is an ignorant guy anyway so that does'nt matter much. he is simple eyecandy.

Seems u didnt study civics at all or didnt read the article above eitehr. Its in our constitution that president can appoint few (12 ) people from various sections including foreigner

Why? Sonia intends good things for India. She takes time to help poor of India not like your modi selling lands to the industrial houses for pittance and indirectly L00ting the poor.
