Neither Deccan losing is a big news nor the yet again scratchy win for KKR a big achievement.They must be feeling relieved ."..thank god we won !". They had just one good game and easily the poorest 'chasers' in IPL but that doesn't prevent KKR from chosing to chase again and again.Only redeeming factor this time around for KKR was that Manoj Tiwary managed to stay till end and finish the game. He should try to perfect this role in preperation to the forthcoming T20 WC in SL in Sep this yr.Somehow the best finisher in the shorter version of the game, Shakib is not able to find place which should give the team a standby finisher to Manoj Tiwary.But why does KKR need 3 big hitters---Mccllum,Pathan and Das ? So far only Das has come good in one or two matches with the remaining two proving total washout.Given that Pathan can bowl also his inclusion is somewhat justified.But now in the remaining 8-9 matches what success ration KKR is expecting from Mccllum ? On the other hand Shakib is more consistent with all round abilities and in fact for away matches on good wicket he might be preferred over even Sunil Narin.
As you seen the turns of events slowly but quickly out for last few days. What I understanding from my past experience and informations that lot of fixes happening. Chennai winning many and Bengaluru winning few which means that many fixing and few no fix. Without shame many news people put in their news pages openly "IPL fixtures". That means most of these matches are nothing but fixing. The basic rule of truth for IPL has becoming like this - Chennai wins means match is FIX. If Chennai no wins means No FIX. Sometimes I just losing interest which is no good for fans like me. How come a team in deep losing stage (In bengaluru we funnyly say banashankari 6th stage means heavy losing stage)suddenly coming out like a winning.is it possible ? Is cemant becoming more important than bear ? If Srinivasa becoming dictator of BCCI than Mallya ? Bear reduce heat of body. But cemant increases mind heat because people running like mad to build their houses so loans ,interest, repayment etc makes people body and mind to heat like steam engine. My humbly request indian people please drink more bear and profit for Mallya. See this Srinivasa is very old fox in fixing easy for him because he involve in cricket industry since childhood.His whole family involve in cricket. Deccan have now lost 5 and no one can deny the fact that they will lose still. But what kind of setbacks do they get for this? The IPL prize money is peanuts compared to what they earn by other means. Here is a plan for the IPL. The IPL must have relegation. The 2 teams that finish last must be relegated from the IPL and should not be allowed to play in the next season. So make the next season a 7 team (or 8 team) tournament. Alternatively, the BCCI could float a parallel 2nd division league that is less lucrative. The ICL could have been the best candidate to be roped in this role - they had the setup in place to conduct a league - stadiums, TV, players etc. The teams relegated from the IPL would go into the 2nd division from next year. The relegated teams from this second div should not be allowed to play for a year. Only this will make teams compete with each other to avoid the drop. Otherwise whether they play or not they will keep earning while leaving fans like me dejected!
The worst team in IPL5. None of domestic players except Dhawan and none of foreign players except Styn if u leave one good innings of Duminy r performing upto to their potential..
Worst part of this IPL5 is none of Srilankan players r performing irrespective of their teams in IPL5..

Maybe Srilankans are paid lesser than the other teams. IPL is for money. If you pay more money...they will field as if their life depended on it. Obviously some of the other country players got paid more money - a few crores more. See Jadeja even changed his hair style for sake of money.
When playing for India, did he anytime show INDIA on his head ? NO. For CSK he will do anything because its money boss. Crores.
See how they dive and field in IPL. Same guys...do they field like that when playing for their country ?
Pay more, Get more. Simple.
If you want Srilankans to perform better, pay them better like you pay Australian , West Indian & South African players in the franchises.
