If Sachin is given The Bharat ratna, he will retire as he would not have any further to achive through playing cricket. So may be keep holding it for couple of years.
Give him Bharat ratna and stop this drama once for all.. we can give him all ratnas, Bhushans, padma bhushans etc.
Also we request Govt India to provide him -Free Food -Free Petrol -Free travel that too anywhere in the world. -Free Medicines and Hospitalizations for his and his family -Life time income tax exemption to avoid any controversy. Let him work as cricketer, Film star, Stage artist anything.

But in case it is decided to give him BR, he should give in writing on stamp paper that HE WOULD NEVER SELL THIS AWARD. As this moneyminded chepo guy is having tendency of selling his prizes

If he can sell Ferrari for which he wanted custom dury exemption, who knows if he won't sell BR?. Now dont tell me that he has paid the duty. Duty was actually paid by Fiat. Again this beggr displayed his true face.
Some Sachin fanatics r declaring him better than bradman..because as per their logic Bradman played only 52 test that also against one opponent most of the time In one format of the game. My quest is y only Sachin, Kallis, Waugh, Border, Dravid, Sehwag, Jaysuriya, Jaywardhne, Sanga, Heyden, Inzamam, Ponting, Ganguly Yunis khan and even Afridi who is better than bradman because all these played more test, more one day and 20-20 than bradman with plus or minus similar average of Sachin.
