If batsman should leave field when caught, bowler should also leave the field when bowls full toss. ;-)
Come on, you play at such a high level, as a bowler Dilshan could also improvise and bowl a faster ball pitching full up on middle leg or better still try a yorker at same place, between bat and legs.
