why dont all the other play selfishly and win the game for India(ie) ensure all the things they as individuals are supposed to do... bat, bowl & field (100%)

In a win, the team wins, in a record an individual gets the credit.So Sachin with his selfish nature can never play for a team.You cannot erase characters so easily.

Bhunu pro , that was a Team Win Gibbs did not Break ny record in that process, he just played a match winning innings. rememmber highest individual by a South African is by Gary Kirsten .

three possibilities..fat man fletcher to be fired after IPL5 is over and team india to get a more dynamic coach in the kirsten mould, another fat man srinivasan handing over the presidency to someone else in the middle of his term and amarnath replacing srikanth as chief selector..if all this happens, team india will get a big boost
