but he was successfull in Semifianla nd quarterfinal and most of the league games.... why Dhoni and Gambhir failed in every match... that was pathetic !! They got chnace to pl;ay in final bec of other players :)

why India won only 1 worldcup though sachn has been playing for21 years?? how many of his 100 centuries are in finals? 5 and all the finals except sharjah.. India lost.

Leander, Bhupathy, Sania Mirza are good at Doubles tennis because they majorly rely on their partners skills to carry their game forward. Besides a single Nadal, Djokovich, Fedrer can beat this 50 title holder any day any time. Such is vast differnce in quality, skills of play between them.

IK, its not as if they rely on their partner's skills alone. Paes and Bhupathy are skilled themselves. Doubles requires lesser power and stamina, and more reflexes and placements, something that these guys are good at. If what you said had been true, then Leander and Bhupathy together would not have excelled.

we are a nation obsessed with yeterday. yes, we were crowned world champs same day last year, but the buck stops here. look at where we are today? are we worthy champions? the answer is NO..so lets stop living in the world of past glory as that is not going to take us very far..!!

MCA has just announced that they will shower tendya with 100 gold coins and felicitate him. these coins will be worth 25-30lacs. just goes to show our obsession of living in the past and enjoying a glorious yesterday..nobody is bothered to even care about where we stand today? its time for tendya to also gift the nation something and his announcement of his retirement would be a perfect gift...!! that one act will make him a real hero which in fact he is?

in 2011 Dhoni does not wanted Uthapa. Also he not pressing for Dravid included in the team for world cup. it is prov that dravid batting very good in England where he scores 3 hundreds.
