Why should it matter to the country if Tendulkar is moving to a bungalow or a chawl. That's his personal matter.
What i don't understand is why this is being given so much importance. Did Tendulkar invite the press to capture this "historic" moment or was it the press that went univited. If it was the latter then it reflects how worthless our media is, giving mileage to these kind of trivial stuff. Certainly, there are more important things to report than Sachin moving to his own house.

THERE ARE PEOPLE IN INDIA ABOVE 60% POVERTY CAN HE DID ANYTHING FOR THEM? IF A MAN WANT TO GET POPULARITY HE SHOULD SOMETHING GOOD FOR THE NATION BY HELPING POOR PEOPLE IN VILLAGES WHO HAS EVEN STRUGGLING FOR A DAYS MEAL. AFTER ALL HIS EARNINGS ARE FROM PUBLIC ONLY NOT ON HIS OWN. IT IS REALLY A SHOW OFF THAT HE HAS SUCH A BIG BUNGLOW THAN ANY OTHER CONGI POLITICIANS? Its not right to say it is public money. He gets a pay check from the board for the matches she play. It doesnt mater that Board gts from paying public. He also earned more thru ads, which he got becoz he performed.
He has done a lot for society by giving the sheer joy of someone batting so well for India. He kept the Indian flag flying. One may not be always be able to do that but he has done more than others for the limited capabilities he had. It's not his mistake if people consider him God of cricket. He is humble and conducted himself well in public and international stage.
It is the great thing which our MP's can learn from Sachin that even on high he ia footed on ground. As soon as he is in his own House he politly returned the falt allotted under sports quots for future of a new sportsman. Now our MP's should follow. Further it is important that sports ministry should allot the flat to Yuvaraj (from Hockey) and take the pride in doing so. Congrats Sachin on your new House. All the Best for the Future.
Some of his critics always envy sachin tendulkar it'slike spitting on the sun... Critics always crying that sachin is not a match winner.... But who had started all this.....
I remember.... it is by Imran Khan... reason .... sachin and inzamam made their international debut at the same time... at that time imran predicted inzamam is better batsman that sachin... however, after 6-7 years sachin left inzy far behind.... it makes imran angry... In an interview to rediff.com in 2000, Imran was the 1st to say in jealousy that sachin is not match winner...... pakistanis and their players thinks that match winner is the player who throws his bat after scoring wining run, it doesn't matter to them if he scores 1,2,5 or 10 runs....
IMO matchwinner is a player whose contribution is big in winning his side..... that matchwinner gets man of the match award.... Sachin won MOM 62 times.... most in the world..
If sachin is not match winner, then i doubt there exist anyone!

In test Cricket Kallis got 22 Man of Matches from 145 matches while sachin 14 in 181 matches.

DO you know MPS and MLAs in delhi hold the Bunglows in New Delhi, even after reiterment for years.. i have seen from my own eyes.. he was doing nothing illegal.. having money and not having is all relative term!!!!!!!
