This guy does not have the balls to cme and face the law of this land insted he is sitting in some country and tweets about things that are happening in BCCI , first come and face the courts if u feel u are not guilty
If the committee affords an opportunity to submit statement coupled with following principles of natural justice there should be no need to reconstitute the committee. In one way it will be dilatory tactics to avoid the probe.
