Mr.Sachin Tendulkar has contributed lot to his and the coutry's cricket! His run-record ,one does not know when would be overtaken. That is a great achievement for him and the country. He had to sacrifice the 'skipership' of the Indian Team!He had enough of fame and finance! By editing the ODI to his proposed format,one doesn't know what great sevice additionally offered ! Mr.Tendulkar will remain 'immortal' by what he has already achieved and,it's doubtful if his suggestion would be applauded so much to add yet another 'feather' in his cap.
If India hadn't reached the final stages of the ODI world cup, it would have been a flop. Sachin's idea may not be the best, but the ICC should have atleast tested the formula if it would work or not at lower level. Cricket is all about India, and without India in the thick of things, nothing moves, and with IPL, the ODI will suffer more in coming years. The 25 overs per inning with different strategies would have been more interesting, and there is no harm in trying.

sachin is making his own value zero as he is delaying his retirement as he is no more hero of any format of game so like bradman he should have decided to quit the game in england only but gavaskar will not allow him to retire and indian team has to come down to lowest rank to play test series with Bangaladesh to make sachin hit easy 100
