4 innings in odi?

4 innings in odi?
i suppose 2 innings for each side means not new innings. but 1st inning shud continue.

eg if ind scores 100/3 in 1st inning of 25 overs then eng plays their 1st innning n scores 90/4 in 25 overs, then in next ind inning, score shud continue from 100/3 n the same not out batsman shud start the game from where they left. n then ind scores another 160 runs in next 25 overs making eng to start from their score of 90/4.

Why?

Why qualifying matches are required for a team like India. ICC should straight away declare that India doesn't qualify. This is useless team.

Uhm, read again mate. It says "India will open ICC WT20 against qualifier" which means India will play it's first match against the team who will qualify for the tournament (the qualifying tournament will take place soon).
